Swimmingpool Rooms are old

The villa upgrade was a nice surprise and the upgraded accommodation was comfortable. The pool area was also pleasant. contacted the hotel immediately after booking to explain that I was travelling with my disabled child and that we had booked two rooms. I specifically requested that the rooms be close to each other and easily accessible. I was told several times that this would be arranged before our arrival. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been organised. The rooms were not near each other and there were many steps between them. This made moving around difficult and stressful for our family, especially when travelling with a disabled child. I was genuinely worried about someone falling because of the number of steps. The cleanliness was also disappointing. There was dust in several areas and I saw insects around the property. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations that had been set before our arrival, despite the reassurances given beforehand.

I didn’t like anything The food was not good, all the drinks were cheap drinks tasteless, we even bought water because it was not good to drink. Salty water in the swimming pool, dirty rooms

the room very old, the bad uncomfortable, it's very hot in the room. the air-conditioner in the lobby and dinning hall very hot and seems it's not working. all the water in the bathroom drains out to the floor.

The food was good quality, tasty and there was always lots to choose from. It got quite busy and noisy in the restaurant though so maybe a second eating area/restaurant would improve this. However we always found a table and staff were really quick at clearing and setting tables. The snack bar was nice to eat at that was open in the day near one of the pools if you miss lunchtime or didn't want to go to the main restaurant. Cakes and deserts were always delicious! The staff were so hard working and friendly. The pools were good there were 3 and one with slides. There was always enough sun loungers but we were there in April so not sure how it would be in peak. The onsite shop was great. Sea views from the rooms were amazing! The entertainment during the day was not great. There was hardly anything to do apart from go to the pool so we had to venture out to the beach and days out. There is a tiny indoor play area/room for younger children. We had a couple of days of rain when we were there and there was nothing to do unless went out or made own entertainment. There wasn't many staff in the entertainment team. The evening entertainment was Okay but became a bit repetitive mainly a kids disco or a quiz for 1 hour. The entertainment side needs more improvement. Also the entertainment in the evening was in the outside bar which had no dance floor and wasn't best placed with it being chilly at night. Investing in an indoor entertainment room with a stage and dance floor would improve rating. Or using one of the indoor rooms already available would be better. More chairs and tables need to be provided too as there were not enough for all families to sit down at night. The pools were quite cold and were like salty sea water.

Staff were friendly. Cleanliness in rooms and communal spaces was of a good standard. Food was inedible. The layout of the restaurant doesn't work. The villas and individual pools are around the wrong way so the loungers and pool don't get sunshine at all. The loungers by the main pool are tired. The "playground" is a small, poorly lit softplay room. The location is on the outskirts of Hersonissos town and whilst it has a good link to the public bus, you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach with a long walk to the town.

They should start updating and renovating and clean up the trash around the hotel. The private pool is broken 2 day

Nice hotel, nice location over the road from the beach. Great selection of food and plenty for vegetarians/gluten free. Thank you Maja for my gluten free bread each day. Easy walk into town. We could always find a sunbed, though many were broken. Salt water pools x 2, 1 had freshwater showers, the other had salt water showers which i found a bit odd! Aqua gym was fun, entertainment team very hard working. This is Greece, not Spain so we weren't expecting 4* external entertainment, but would have been nice to have at least had pens/paper for the quiz! It is only the animation team who provide the entertainment every day. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh toiletries provided. It's a shame the all inclusive drinks stopped at 11pm. All inclusive drinks consist of beer, wine, soft drinks and local vodka/gin. My kids asked for grenadine & lemonade (soft drink) and they were refused, saying its not covered in all inclusive! All inclusive drinks stopping at 11. Some rooms had very effective air con, but our room and my daughter's didn't, it took hours to cool down. Shop staff very curt. Too many broken sun beds.

First of all the hotel staff is really nice, polite, friendly. The manager. Mr. Gorgos is extremely nice and professional - attended us really well and gave us the best villa of the hotel after we explained to the receptionist our villa was not good. The view of the room was beautiful and our private pool was excellent. No free wifi in the rooms - if you want wifi in the room you must pay 10€ per phone. Small dinning room, small pools, we arrived at the villa and found an empty bottle that was left by the previous guests, no refilling of shampoo and soap, the cups in the room were not washed by the cleaning staff...

I like the staff they are very friendly and the swimming pools are very nice The hotel, in my opinion, does not deserve more than 2 stars because the facilities are so old and the room has very old furniture's the dors from plastics and aluminium the bathroom so bad ?. The food is so bad it's garbage. Sorry for this word, but that's true, and also, if you want to use something from the hotel, they will charge you a fee like wifi in the rooms is not free the towels for swimming pool are not free. Unfortunately, the photos that i saw it in booking.com are not like reality.

The facilities are clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly and food was wonderful. The animation team were exceptional. The location is a little out of the way. The villas are a bit tired and could do with an update.
