Having been there before I was happy with th location. More care needs to be given to air the conditioner. I had trouble sleeping due to the A/C filter being blocked. I took the filters out of the A/C they were filthy. I cleaned them and bought an air purifier and placed it in the room. For people with asthma this is extremely important.

Big rooms worked well for our family of 6, spotlessly clean with the kitchen basics covered for a dinner & breakfast. New bathroom and big TVs. Great location, walk to water park, beach, food, Woolworths. Rachel was not only friendly and helpful at check-in, but also went out of her way to really help us sort out a tricky situation with one of our children, which we really, really appreciate. Would happily recommend and will stay there again.

The location is fine and the car parking OK apart from the fact that it is an upstairs room and it was a bit laborious finding the stairs and trudging up them The biggest disappointment was the room - it was a premium room at an extra premium price and was quite large but was bare of any extras - not even an easy chair or sofa (one was supplied after requesting same) - it was just a big wide expanse of white tile flooring - and very clinical. There were no extras for the premium rate!

Very quiet at night and comfy bed. Close to the venue I was attending. Close to restaurants for lunch and breakfast on The Esplanade. Overall very comfortable and clean. I appreciated my milk being topped up and bin emptied. Thank You. A bit dated and the upgraded parts are very stark. Black and white and grey.

The accommodation was extremely clean and really spacious. Everything was spotless! Lovely gent checked us in and was very helpful. When in Hervey Bay before we to travel to K’gari next time we will definitely stay there again.
