Overlooking Scarness Beach foreshore and located along the Esplanade, Eden by the Bay features accommodations with a balcony and flat-screen satellite TV. You can take a ferry from Urangan Boat Harbor, located 10 minutes’ drive away, to the popular Fraser Island. Hervey Bay Airport is less than 15 minutes’ drive.

The room was very clean. The two ceiling fans were really quiet. Reception was only staffed (something like) 8am until 4pm. The bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a truck. The air-conditioning was annoyingly loud. No room service provided. Bedroom cupboard sliding doors were off their tracks. Personal choice but I purchased my own pillow as theirs were uncomfortable. No hanging rail or clothes hangers so nowhere to hang up clothes. There was a problem with the TV which meant no Free to Air channels. Pool only accessible 8am until 8pm. The "heated" spa was not heated. I am sure that the sauna was out of order - hard to tell as there were no instructions.

The hotel is perfect. Rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable. Everything is provided. The pool area is great although there are a limited number of sun beds. The location is perfect, right on the esplanade and close to local restaurants and bars Nothing

The staff at the front desk were amazingly friendly. The location is great right across the ocean and the restaurant Enzo's on the Beach was fantastic. There are a lot of other restaurants all in walking distance. The room was great located on the 2nd floor and overlooking the pool. The room was clean and they furnished tea and milk in the room and had a larger refrigerator in the room. Washer/dryer available in the apartment was a bonus! There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

The room was what was needed and was a good size, lovely and clean, nice view of pool, and perfectly located in Scarness.

The location was more central than I expected and close to the beach like I expected. The pool didn’t have any privacy. All the apartment balconies were overlooking the pool. The aircon didn’t work very well. I had to open the balcony doors to cool down the apartment at night.

Very continent to the coast and eating places Up the top of the stairs but a very minor issue because of gear for an infant.
