Staff very friendly and efficient, units were very clean units tend to be noisy at night, units either side having late night showers or turning on jug disturb sleep. Our unit was rather pokey for price compared to others we have stayed in. But as mentioned very clean and comfortable, ideal for short stay.

Management was extremely friendly and helpful, and nothing was a problem. Location to the park and water park for the kids to play was perfect. Bedrooms and bathroom were a good size. Hotel pool was too small for the kids to enjoy playing in. Not enough cutlery for the whole crew. Cooking on the induction cooktop was a nightmare - give me gas any day! The prices for school holidays was expensive, like most places now. It made the stay $400/day with travel, so not what I'd call affordable or repeatable for 1 adult & 3 kids.

Easy check-in with very friendly hosts who are happy to share recommendations for finding good food and coffee. Really convenient location. The room was spacious and well presented. The shower was excellent.

Location fantastic, greeting staff member very polite and welcoming. Room and facilities terrific There was a group of people of Asian appearance that kept walking between rooms yelling out to each other from 5.30am until 8.30am. Even after myself and another room asked for them to be respectful of others they did not.

The owners were kind to stay for our late arrival after a whale trip. They were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable.
