Very relaxing atmosphere with a great shuttle to a nearby concert venue. The lady at the front desk was outstanding!!

Nice accommodations for an overnight stay when attending a concert in Ravinia. Rooms are clean and modernized.

Exceptional

The room was not serviced. We had to go and get towels, coffee, No restaurant. The bed was too soft. They inserted a plywood sheet to stiffen it to be acceptable. Nice balcony but no chairs to sit outside. We asked for chairs but we were told none are available. I will not go there again.

Guest services was very slow and couldn’t get any help for over 10 minutes upon arrival. the shuttle bus wouldn’t take us the the amphitheater because guest services did write our roomnumber down. Room was very unsanitary and smelled like mold. And guests were going to the pool in their underwear. 👎

There was no one at the desk. We waited 15 min before someone came. There was three other families in front of us. The room was clean but the mattress was soft and sagged. Not very supportive.

Very convenient to location i was going to. Shuttle was a plus. Rooms were good

The interior spaces, rooms and baths appear to be recently refreshed and are comfortable and attractive. Now they need to update the courtyard furniture and do some painting there. A nice place to stay and I would return.

Clean and comfy room -- though the front desk could use more staff during check out and check in times. Overall, a very good experience.

I found someone else stuff in the room I reported it to the staff and they refused to rectify the situation then I asked for towels and the staff refused to bring me towels I didn’t get the towels until 2 hrs later.

Clean, comfortable, and easy to access.
