this is motel standard in a hotel facade. rooms were musty and smelled old. not worth $450+ for two nights.
-
Room was very clean & neat. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve been.
-
Nice place. Shuttle for Ravina was very good.
-
The room was spacious, nice, and clean. My only concern was that the pillowcases had a very strong body odor, as if they had been washed with only water. I actually had to put my towel on top of the pillow to sleep. The hotel needs to use bleach or a stronger detergent to properly sanitize them

We recently stayed here while visiting family. We had been to this hotel years ago and did not have anywhere near as good of an experience as we did this time around. They have made great improvements through their renovations. Our rooms were very updated and loved the Kevin Murphy hair products (my fav). Every person who worked there was very helpful and the cleaning staff did a great job. My children's only complaint was no pool. We did not try the restaurants. Very convenient location as well. A positive experience and a great spot for us when visiting family. We will be back.

No free breakfast. Pool was no longer there. Room stunk. Lock stopped working - took 3 trips to front desk to get fixed and be allowed in our room.

Location Hallway wasn’t clean for value
-
Fifth visit to this hotel which I guess says it all! Very convenient for visiting attractions / events at the botanical gardens. Also I love Ruth Chris steak house! Nothing really! Could do with the option of USC sockets now instead of USB

Clean, updated, shuttle to Ravinia, shuttle driver very helpful Really nothing at all. Very nice facility. Friendly staff!
-
Reserved a king but wasn’t available upon check in.
-
Nice property. Friendly, accommodating staff. There are lots of events happening on weekend evenings, so the lobby is busy and bar gets a little loud. Expedia said there was a pool and hot tub, but there is not.

The hotel lobby is nice, the hallways going up to the rooms are scary and dark, the carpet is in need of some cleaning as well as a fresh paint, the rooms a small and compact and dark idk dark and black paint to me screams dirt just my opinion. We came in on a Sunday late night the night crew was really nice. The morning of check out I asked for a microwave and which I was told they would bring one up asked at 10am it was never delivered, morning staff can do a better job of communicating with one another when it comes to guests needs. 6/10
