The staff was so pleasant. AJ was so kind to carry my heavy bag all the way up a massive flight of stairs. The room was so cute. The town was adorable too. Nothing. I loved my stay here

Location was good, room comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful especially Jo...great food and good value for money. Nothing...everything was good.

The interior hallways could have been cleaner and upgraded or refurbished. However, the room itself was very nice.

It was dirty and smelt

Convenient.

For a budget overnight stay, I was happy to return to this inn. I prefer the character of a tradional inn to somewhere like a soulless 'Travelodge'. It would have been nice, if a bedside light was provided. The decor was looking a little 'tired'.

Convenient for visiting our family It is a beautiful old building but a bit tired. Stained carpet in bedroom needs cleaning or replacing

Central location for visiting towns in the Cotswolds region. Good food in the pub below. Good big bathroom. Good value for money. Good parking. Was a little noisy on the Saturday night with a function in pub below.

Could do with a lick of paint in the room
-
reasonably priced the room was pretty awful frankly, especially the bathroom, where you could barely turn around. Shower was very difficult to use. Couldnt close the windows.

It was a nice welcoming old pub in lovely market town Pub noise and bathroom was a not the best but overall great value for money

N/a I booked a room with a private bathroom. They put me in a room without a private bathroom. I accommodated the situation but requested some a cooked dinner due to their not honoring the room I booked. The assistant manager Claire blamed Booking.com and said it was not their fault. Very poor customer service. Most places would have apologized for the mix-up and offered something in return. Not only did they not do that, when I accommodated their room placement without the private bathroom and asked for something, they flat out refused and blamed Booking.com

The afternoon dinner was excellent value for money

The food was delicious! The price was very affordable and bed comfortable. The bathroom being separate to the room.

There was nothing to like about this property. Where do I start. The room itself did not equate to a 2 star property. The whole bathroom had black mould all over it. It was disgusting and as you can imagine I’m now curious as to whether it has made us all poorly. The beds were so old and battered it was like sleeping with metal springs in your back. I have had better night sleep in a tent on solid ground. I would not recommend this hotel and am highly disappointed with the condition of the room.

Continental breakfast cereal and toast and coffee was all I wanted. All good.

Decent food and the staff were friendly. It’s good for the price
