Staff were consistently friendly and responsive Front facing room got a bit warm from sun

Wonderful and fair people

Very nice room - spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The dinner was excellent - there was a good selection for vegetarians (us) - some more unusual dishes - very reasonably priced. Good cooked breakfast. We found the pillows rather hard.

Our room was for 3 adults and the dog, Lovely big room, with lots of space, clean, tidy and comfortable, would definatly stay here again. We had dinner in the Orangery with out dog in the evening, the food was amazing and the staff were lovely proffesional and attentive. Break in the morning was just as good. There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious and many kinds of variety. My daughter (12 years old) choosed a kids menu with Katsu Chicken, which was really great. Family room was spacious enough to stay with three people + one dog. As we stayed during Easter holidays, the hotel has music party night. So it was a bit noisy until 10pm. We were informed that a party was to be held. However, the room we stayed was close to the party place, so it was a bit noisy.

Clean well located. Great staff very attentive and friendly. Good size room.

Breakfast quality was great but only one piece of bacon! and mushrooms were soaked in something sour. I would make a special order if I stayed again. Dinner was really good as was the service throughout the stay. Breakfast was short on quantity but not quality. Shower in bedroom could do with updating and a shower cap would have been nice.

We had a pleasant room with a good sized bathroom and desk for work. The dinner was very good with choice for vegetarians which is unusual. Very tasty food. It took a long time to arrive but the waitress was very kind and wanted to remove the added gratuity but we paid it because she was so nice. Breakfast started at 8 am which was too late for me as I had to be at place of work by 8 am. The promised continental breakfast wasn’t ready until 7.45 am which was still very late. Shame about the narrow entrance to the car park.

I liked everything the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the room was amazing, clean and comfortable and the food was the best I've ever tasted and I use to be a chef so I know good food There was nothing I didn't like

Such a great weekend away for a family party, fabulous hotel and such lovely staff. A really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, after a stressful week we relaxed immediately! We hope to return again.

The staff were so helpful. They even made a room available for us in the evening as we had 3 children with us and there was a party in the main part of the hotel. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great. All brilliant

food was excellent, staff friendly, and very welcoming,our room was large and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. There was nothing to dislike it was excellent
