perfect location…very friendly and helpful! the upstairs rooms are not recommended! During the night some Aircon or Boiler go on and off and you cannot sleep without earplugs! Cockroaches in the Bathrooms…but thats common also in other 3 Stars places.

Our experience with this accommodation was absolutely amazing. From the very first moment, the hosts charmed us with their incredible kindness and friendly approach. The accommodation itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had seaview. Breakfasts were perfect, with fresh fruit every day and delicious dishes. We felt right at home here, and thanks to that, we take away beautiful memories. Thank you for everything! We would love to come back and can only highly recommend this place. ?

Great location in a quieter, less crowded part of Hikkaduwa, yet close to restaurants, bars and shops. Fantastic ocean view, beautiful beach and the ocean at your fingertips. Stylish interior decoration, small but nice, spotless and comfortable rooms with A/C, moskito nets, and a fridge. Delicious breakfasts served at an open air dining area with the sea view, and you can also arrange for home made dinners. Fantastic owners: young Sri Lankan couple, so hospitable, cheerful and helpful with everything, transportation from the airport and day trips, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much. Nothing

Nice rooms in a house with garden directly connected to the beach.. Rush of the main street is separated by house gate and all the rooms are sea facing. Owned by very friendly family, you will feel like in a small oasis. The beach in front is full of sand and you can easily swim or play in the waves without crowd of people (really not busy beach in the season).

Nadeesha & Indi are people on the spot - they take great care of the house&property, help with anything they can. We enjoyed their company, the home atmosphere & calmness of the place, very tasty & always fresh food - we had opportunity to try out Sri Lanka’s traditional meals as well as nice grilled fish & coconut pancakes. Thank you for making our time in Hikkaduwa unforgettable!

The property is exactly like the pics shown. Right on the beach About 50 steps from the deck and you are at the waves!!!!! Very private and no disturbance by staff. Run by the most adorable couple Indhi and his wife Nadeesha . They serve the most amazing spread of fruits and a Srilankan dish for B fast Beach is not in the main Hikkaduwa city area so it’s quiet. Had such a peaceful stay Thanks Indhi and Nadeesha Everything was great

The attentive service was most appreciated. Some of the best coffee I have ever had. No pool, although this was noted but would have made a big difference.

Very nice small oriental style house at the beautiful beach in the south of Hikkaduwa. The hosts were lovely, the room was pretty with fan and a/c and a very comfortable double bed. Breakfast was various and a lot with fruits, bred, marmelade and butter and omelet/eggs. Strong recommendation! I had two bedbugs which was a bit of a spoiler. They gave me another room instantly though.

Loved the fact it was directly on the beach, and a lovely beach walk along to the fishing harbour. The sea right by the hotel was sometimes too rough to go in safely, but lovely on the days it was slightly calmer. Such lovely and helpful hosts. A calm and beautiful place to stay. No problems here at all!
