It was directly located on the beach and on the calmer side, definitely recommended if you are looking for a calm place. Not so cozy and lovely decorated. The common areas looked a bit run down. The host was fine, but we definitely experienced way more interested and caring staff.

Directly onto the beach where we could swim in the surf & the pool area was really good for when the surf was a little too big for us. In a quieter area, but within easy reach of shops & restaurants. Our sea facing room was very light & airy & the aircon. worked really well. I would recommend these rooms over the garden view rooms as they are a little dark. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Patt, the owner, is also very helpful and is receptive to suggestions from his customers. Housekeeping could be improved on, particularly in the public areas & whilst I understand that the sea air causes certain issues (windows etc.) I do think the staff could be more vigilant with keeping the public areas tidier. Having said this, they were happy to service our room when asked.

Fantastic location, near enough the busy bar and beaches but also far enough away!! Patt, the host was super friendly and no request was too much trouble.

Location was good which is near to the main road and pool is in beachfront Manager was rude where his first words was " I don't know how you guys booking the hotel from booking.com for this price which I'm not aware" before even greeting us which is weird as Sri Lankans known for their good hospitality. Later on he asked some personal questions about my friends finance and made us uncomfortable. Also, it was a bit racists as I'm pretty much sure he would not ask that question from other foreigners. Also room service person came to the room and asked to get a bed cover while we were occupied ?? Also, there is no TV on the room and the given towels were old and there are holes ??? where I have added a picture. Hence, we left the property after 3 hours without staying for the night even though we booked for bed and breakfast.
