Big room and a large bathroom. There is a common kitchen for use. I recommend. In the evening, there is not enough lighting in the room.p

We stayed in a room with a garden in front which was great. Waking up to the sound of so many birds was very special I don't recommend it to people who work while traveling. The internet was limited. We were in the middle of a zoom meeting and the data ran out. Then she said that the internet was only for WhatsApp and social media. We had to pay extra to have internet to work

Very nice property in a quiet area with a pretty garden. Additionally there is an area to cook, make a drink and fridge/freezer. Large room with en suite.

It's on a good position not far from the beach, buses and restaurants etc Disappointed as the description on Booking. Com didn't really match reality. No kettle, hair dryer or microwave, etc in the room as in the listing. Communal kitchen is a better description. We had to ask for clean sheets and towels. It was adequate but not up to the expectation for the price we paid for nearly 2 weeks. WiFi wasn't any good at all. Better to buy a local sim

The owners are amazing,,,the location is very good !! Just by walking to the beach to restaurants...to the shops... Very friendly,,,very punctually ppl ....

Host met meet me at night 5AM once I arrived from the airport. The room was clean, 5 mins to ocean. Host allowed to make a check out at 2AM next day with no additional charge. I recommend this place.

Good location, beautiful backyard with small garden, amazing hosts, delicious breakfast, big rooms, quiet place. Everything was good.

The building itself seemed nice, and the garden too. The breakfast was delicious. I’m really surprised that I did not like the place. I guess I was not expecting that there would not be anyone around in the evening/night time. I stayed for two days - and the internet only worked for two hours during that time. As a solo traveller, these two things made me feel, well not unsafe, but uncomfortable. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in while being in Sri Lanka, this was the most expensive one.

Very nice villa. Good breakfast, big and clean rooms. The kitchen is available. Special thanks for the owner and her assistant. The beach is in 10 mins walking. The territory is a bit small, no pool.

The owners are really nice people who went out of their way to help us. Also very nice location. Just if the main road, but still far enough to be clear of the extra noise. Great value for your money

Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. Lovely quiet location. Great for bird watching in the day and fireflies at night but still only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely, friendly staff who really do go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Only cold water shower but it wasn’t an issue for us as it was a perfect cool down from the heat. Will definitely come back!

Superb

Location was perfectly. Peace and quiet a bit from the beach but still close to the beach. Good breakfast and a kitchen open for visitors to use. The owner and stuff was very nice and helpful.

Friendly, clean with a little garden where you will see the beautiful birds.. Beach is easily reached. Many nice little walks in the green backroads. Been there twice now, and will come back..

The location is great, not in center town but in a quiet area close to the beach. The owner is great and they have a shuttle service for a reasonable price from Colombo. If possible ask for the room on the second floor, it is spacious and has intimacy.

Really spacious room and bathroom, good a/c and fan. Very nice and well equipped kitchen. Owner was a very nice and friendly man :) The internet wasn’t working for the three days we were there which I think was just a one off issue. Other than that no problems.
