We did not enjoy our five night stay at this hotel during Sturgis week. The beds were HORRIBLE! The beds sagged in the middle with a very hard edge of metal and the pillows were also terrible. There were large stains on the carpet and the bathroom had areas of black mold. We were told there would be no room service during our stay. We did ask mid week and they did do the beds and towels. But upon returning to our room the door was ajar, we have no idea how long our room had been open to other guests. Nothing was missing. We stayed in the brick building and had to walk across a packed parking lot to get to breakfast which was decent. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but it was very nice overall.

The Expedia rooms had no maid service like the rest of the facilities. Yes, you could call and get them however there was no daily check. Kinda felt like the uninvited guest

Continental breakfast was great both mornings! Room & beds were clean. Only bummer is that the workout room is located within the pool. & pool doesn’t open until 7am, therefore the workout room wasn’t open until 7 either.

We were fortunate with our day as we checked in around 3:30 and we received a room right by the lobby very nice. Two queen beds had everything we needed and very quiet. That’s the best. We were also very close to breakfast coffee all the things we needed so for us it was a very, very good day. Thank you so much.
