Saki bar was closed, and the restaurant food was just OK. It was an overnight on the way home from WA, so it was sufficient.

Great hotel for business travel

Nice little place to stay in Hillsboro. It’s quiet, clean and affordable!

The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms are very clean. The staff that checked me in was awesome. I did misunderstand. I didn’t realize that I couldn’t take my son into one of the baths. I did think that there was a pool where he could go. So that was a bummer.

Japanese style hotel, onsen downstairs, great shower and tub in room, very clean, seems new, friendly/helpful staff, small store downstairs.

Great hotel! The rooms were super clean & the bathrooms were “spa-like”! Bed was super comfy too! Will be back!

This was an amazing g property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and the combined shower/tub wet room was wonderful. The property is well manicured and gardens beautiful. It was the most peaceful place we have stayed all the way from California to Vancouver BC. It’s close enough to tour Portland but escape the crowds. Well recommended.

One sheet, top “cover” was a comforter…wonder when the last time it was cleaned, as it was the only cover on our bodies! If they have spare pillows-put a case on them so we didn’t have to see all the sweat stains! Coffee maker didn’t work properly? So no coffee? Toilet was in Japanese- a bidey not to friendly!

Best thing about our stay was the shower set up and deep bath tub! Unfortunately we didn’t have time for the onsen but we will try to catch it next time. The Japanese breakfast was also delicious! The only thing is that the room was a little smaller than most hotel rooms in the US, but it is the same size as hotel rooms in Japan according to our experience, though

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bathroom is amazing. The soaking tub is big, but not as big as I had hoped for. We were able to get two people in the soaking tub, but I would like to have just a little more room. I am by no means a bigger guy either,

This is the best place we ever stayed. Beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We recommend this place and definitely stay here again.

I love how the area is really quiet. The hotel looks fabulous inside and out. The staff were super lovely and helpful!

Great stay. Very relaxing Onsen pool and Japanese Garden.

Hotel was extremely clean and staff was exceptional. Always a smile and willing to help with any questions. Shower and tub are amazing. We really liked the bathroom layout. Bedding was inadequate. only 2 small flat pillows (we did ask for 2 more and they provided them with no questions). One flat sheet to lay on and only a comforter for top cover. We were either too hot from the comforter or too cold out of it.
