Embassy Suites Portland/Hillsboro, Oregon

Unfortunately, the hotel lost water pressure when we woke up the next morning. No showers that day and no offer to make it right.

Complimentary Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted good. Bar tender on the evening we arrived could be a little more friendly. Over all great stay.

It was a perfect place for my family, including a kid and a little puppy.

I have stayed and Embassy Suites in the past and this one did not meet the same standards. The bed was hard the pillows were old and flat, the coffee in the room was not replenished when we arrived not during our stay, the counter was left dirty in suite after housekeeping left, the lobby had left over beer bottles and the breakfast was terrible with staff standing around. There were also linens, towels and dishes left in the hallway every night we were there. I was disappointed and not impressed. I will stay else where on my next Portland trip.

Everything was great except for the fire alarm before 7am, never received an explanation just that it was safe to go back in

Very nice hotel! We loved the property and the staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to open the bar earlier, especially on Friday and Saturday. We were there Friday through Wednesday and every day people were looking for the bar around 3-4 pm and ended up going to The Streets instead! We also opted for room cleaning (that's part of staying in a hotel to me!) and they said service stopped at noon, which was a bit off-putting when you're on vacation and maybe want to sleep in a little more.

Wonderful staff! Breakfast is nice and I can find something to eat always. Very dog friendly! Which is very important to me. My pup loves the walks and quite rooms.

If you’re a breakfast fan, this is the place for you. Huge breakfast area and lots of selection. Kitchen staff made fresh omelets for us. Our room was spacious and clean. We stayed at the suite.

Location was ideal, service was excellent, facility was some what dated and no atrium and room was cramped. Breakfast was the best part. Overall, i give it a C +.
