The property is clean and modern. The pool was broke was being cleaned when I was there both in the middle of the day. The Wi-Fi is a giant Wi-Fi for every property. No unrestricted and parking seemed excessive for the location. I had a problem with the AC system not being able to controlled at night and so I was cold and had to wear extra clothes and get extra blankets which I thought was ridiculous

We loved our stay. The front desk person was so delightful and kind. Let us know all the property had to offer. Well stay here everytime I’m in the area!

Only complaint is paying $12 for parking

Hospitality was great. Room was clean. The room could use more coffee in the room. And I missed having lotion in there. Staff was great. Breakfast was decent.

The food for breakfast was bland. Not great options for breakfast.

Overall good review, other than they charged me for a fire log I don't understand why.

We got a 2 bedroom which was literally like an apartment. Spacious living area. Small full size kitchen. 2 bathrooms with full size beds only.

Breakfast is ok. Holiday Inn does it better There’s so much debris outside my hotel room. I understand it’s part of the outdoor environment, but there are spider webs above my hotel room door that could be cleaned up.

We stayed in the two bedroom unit and there was a surprising amount of space! Each of the rooms have full bathrooms and locks on the bedroom doors allowing complete privacy if needed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The desk area was large enough for multiple people. Hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, a quiet, comfortable stay.

Great little apartment set up with small kitchen. Staff had great service, but they deactivated our door keys before checkout time and it was a hassle to get the car loaded. The only reason we didn’t rate as Excellent was the world’s worst cookware in their kitchen unit. That could be improved for sure!

Clean rooms, friendly staff and some nice modern updates compared with the last time we stayed here. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Bed was comfortable along with the couch. Only issue was there was a party down in the courtyard, well past midnight and had to call down to front desk. Not sure how the hotel could have let the party go so late. (1am). LIt was obviously a planned event. The back of most of the rooms face the courtyard so most guests had to be kept up.

Nothing except good things to say about the personnel. From the front desk person to the cleaners everybody was so nice and polite. However the rest was not great. We had booked 1 king bed with sofa bed room for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared. We called the front desk and the cleaning person stopped by with linens for us to take care of it it was not expected 😅 don’t get me wrong the cleaning person was really sweet and polite but we could not communicate because she only spoke Spanish and we don’t so we were taken by surprise. We tried the sofa bed and it was really not comfortable to sleep in it so we went ahead to rent another study room which the front desk was prompt to accommodate. They offered a room close by the first one which we were intislly super happy however the second room was close by the barbecue area and we could not sleep in the room before mid night because of the loud noise around. I mean I understand people having fun but you have to be respectful of other after 10pm. Each room costed us $260-280 and we could have had a better price at a near by hotel so next time I think we will just do that.

Not enough parking. Front desk was unattended when we went to check in and when we went to ask for blankets. No extra bedding for pull out sofa, dirty pull out sofa mattress. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and cleaner to try to cover it up. We bought scented candles to make the room smell better during our stay.
