Lovely clean hotel,

This is by far our favorite booking we’ve ever done in Portland. Super safe location, great parking. We always aim to book a spot with a pool and a hot breakfast included and BOTH HIT! The hotel is extremely clean, really nice and friendly staff, breakfast was great, pool was nice and well maintained, rooms were absolutely 10/10 - larger than expected and great layout, water pressure great, pillows great, bedding great, there honestly isn’t anything I didn’t love about our stay. I just pray that the pricing remains affordable for a family budget.

One of the best stays we’ve had. We were in town for a softball tournament location was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing different selections everyday well stocked! Staff were friendly & accommodating. Only unfortunate event happened when as a family we went down to use the pool/spa area there was an unattended 12-14U boys soccer team using the pool area they were OUT OF CONTROL screaming, yelling, splashing getting everything on the chairs on the pool deck wet, took every available towel, jumping just being obnoxious while the parents sat & drank outside the window of the pool & were using the only available towels as lap blankets. Staff asked them multiple times to quiet down & the parents did NOTHING. Finally we left because it was intolerable the staff apologized profusely but it wasn’t their fault it was the incompetent parents at fault. Besides that incident our stay was wonderful! 10/10 recommend😊

Great place to be!

I like the Parking.

The pool was filthy. Bandaids, fake eyelashes, and hair everywhere. We swam everyday but those things were never cleaned up. Our room was clean and the front desk was helpful. Also, breakfast posters around the hotel advertised making breakfast sandwiches but there was no egg any day.

Decent stay

Family friendly, quiet and perfect for travelers. Location was perfect to restaurants, shopping and gas. Overall a great experience for my kids and I.

I highly recommend this hotel as it’s close enough to many stores and the breakfast is amazing and the receptionist/services are great.

The hot tub jets didn’t work but it was all good

Last minute booking during a road trip. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and offered a fully stocked kitchenette. The only cons were the $12 a day parking and the decor in the room was tacky and childlike. Polkadot wallpaper with hot pink walls and curtains. The decor was so aweful, I was shocked by whom ever made the executive decisions on interior design. If you can look beyond the interior decor, this place was worth the price.

Everything was great with the exception of the toilet in our room. It would not flush. The desk did send up a plunger which wasn't much help. We were offered to move rooms but it was late and we had 2 tired kids so we stayed where we were.

Because of this, the room was not cleaned during our stay.

Lots of amenities. Beds could be more comfortable but over all a good stay for my family,

Good stuff

Stayed here about 2 years ago. This time I stayed; it was extremely loud in the hallways after 10 pm. I even contacted the front desk about the noise coming from the 4th floor. I don't think anything was done because the noise did not stop. I don't have any reason to visit Oregon again, so I won't be staying here in the near future. Just disappointed at the level of noise from what seems to be children.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good for the price.3343. The flow of the continental breakfast needs to be reorganized, long lines because stations are set up out of order. Tiles in pool area are too slippery and dangerous. When we came to the pool room a swimmer warned us to be careful of falling so we used extra caution My daughter fell once and others in our group had close calls.
