The rim was fun and modern with a great shower. The quiet side street location was nice as well. Parking was a little strangely located around back and there was an added fee to park even though the area was residential. The lobby was nice with a cute bar area and outdoor deck.

Overbooked and got put into rooms different from what was booked. Elevators were not working during stay. Room layout is odd with mini fridge under bathroom sink. Shower had fogged glass window into bedroom. Bench is right under tv so can’t really sit on it without bumping your head.

Things were going well during my stay until the very last morning (a Sunday morning). In the middle of my shower, with shampoo in my hair, I lost hot water and never got it back. I called the front desk and was informed this is a known issue that happens often and was provided with steps to "fix it" that made absolutely no logical sense at all, and not surprisingly did not work. I was also told that maintenance was not kept onsite on weekends and someone was being called to come in to take a look at the problem. I reiterated that I had a head full of shampoo and asked for the front desk to send bottled water for me to rinse my hair in the sink so I could finish getting ready so that I could check out of my hotel room. 15-20 minutes later, housekeeping knocked with 2 small bottles of water. I called back down to the front desk and requested to speak with a manager and was told there was none onsite and one would have to contact me after the weekend. I requested an immediate call back from a manager. It is now Tuesday. I checked out on Sunday. I STILL have not heard from management. I traveled home (flying across the country) with shampoo still in my hair.

Always love this hotel.

Love to stay here. Rooms are comfortable and we have never had noisy neighbors. Only issue this trip was we had no hot water the first morning.
-
It’s definitely odd to pay for parking in the suburbs, they are not the only ones. Layout was great, but shower door was getting stuck and there must be some leak as I can hear them taking a shower above me.
-
Another excellent Aloft. Great staff interactions! Great location for what i needed only a mile from a train station connected to downtown and PDX.
-
and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome! Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park in the hotels parking lot overnight. There was plenty of free parking on the street surrounding the hotel.
-
It’s absolutely ridiculous there is only street parking and the guest has to pay to park in the parking lot. A customer is already paying for the hotel, parking should be included instead of stressing about if you’re going to find a spot on the street

You own your parking but charge for it?? Mention that on your web site. We used the fire pit and lit it ourselves so that was nice as was the bag toss and pool table. There should really be a nite light in bathroom so a person doesn't need to light up the entire room in the wee pee hours.

Wonderful overnight stay. Helpful staff and lovely park across the street.

Todo estaba perfecto y muy bien cuidado

Perfect thank you!

Parking was safe. Only complaint I have is there is a $10 per vehicle charge. I am disappointed because when I stay at the Portland Airport Aloft there is no charge and they have a security robot. There is no security here that I saw.
-
I did not like that I had to pay $10 a night for parking.
-
The location, the style/design of the building and rooms, 24 hour attendants Paid parking, no microwave in room, my headboard was visibly stained
-
Room cleaning schedule was missed - had to ask for cleaning. Shower pressure is low. A/C system is difficult to operate.
