The property itself was nice and clean. The majority of the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The only downfall I had was that the sink had old dried noodles sitting in the drain, dried noodle on one of the sink handles and a dried sauce spot in front of the sink. They were all pretty obvious and shouldn’t have been missed when the room was turned over.

stay here often. close to shops, restaurants, freeway. some rooms look well used but clean. like the courtyard area & balconies. staff great. wish bathrooms had fans.

I loved the manager! We had a not great experience with the front desk and in the morning I went to speak. With a manager and he was super apologetic, comped our breakfast and parking. We had already rebooked somewhere else however because of him we might’ve stayed. Rooms are alittle dated however clean

Our family enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice, the property was excellent and we took advantage of all the amenities (especially the kids). The only issue we had was the shower water made its way onto the floor possibly bad design. Overall we’d definitely come back when in the areas again.

Our stay was nice, except for the $12/night parking fee (with no option to park anywhere else). The rooms were very much fine. Hotel staff were cordial. For the price I paid I would expect friendlier staff and not to pay a parking fee, which was not disclosed at booking.

Very clean rooms, we really love the place. Only complaint is the pool and hot tub it’s tooooo small for the capacity if the hotel

We had to pay $25 for early check in. $12 for parking on open lot, and no complimentary breakfast, $12 for an orange and 1 croissant. Room was clean, but no water glasses and only one coffee cup.

Very surprised that they did not even kept one water bottle in the room but they have coffee machine Even high end hotels are keeping one or two bottles of water now a days. The night shift staff was not very helpful..

I don't like being charged $12 per day to park at a hotel in the suburbs where there is plenty of parking. This isn't in the middle of a city where parking is an issue.
