The Hotel was clean and neat everywhere. The only problem we had was the stairs. Steep stairs to enter the Hotel and two sets of stairs going to the second floor and no elevator. For 80-year-olds, this was a chore both walking and carrying your luggage. The area is nice and also active which makes parking somewhat of an issue.

Owners and staff responded quickly to our question. Excellent location and well appointed rooms. Definitely recommend if you are staying in/around Hillsboro.

Loved the walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice ambiance change from larger hotels with all the same amenities. Clean and comfortable room.

I never received a free breakfast as promised. Not sure what happened. There was no staff on site to talk to. The room was smaller than I expected from the pictures and the portable air conditioner in the middle of the room was loud. The location was great and I would probably stay again.

1. steep steps into the lobby, 2. Portable ac unit very loud 3. Coffee machine was a Keurig. This level place should have better quality (eg Nespresso). 4. Shower too small - was smallest I have been in my life.

We had a great discussion with the owner which gave us a nice connection to the hotel. The room was large, nice windows and a very comfortable bed.

It’s a very clean with updates furniture and the bed was super comfortable. The way to check in (without staff) was very easy too. It has useful amenities with the full kitchen, so highly recommended for people who like to stay there and cook as well!

I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.
