Roma were new and modern Breakfast was horrible

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Close proximity to the beach.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We loved the spa, the gym, the beach area, the sushi restaurant and the underground parking. Coffee was not ready when breakfast was open and we had to wait for about 20 minutes or so. Would be great if there is coffee ready early or at least by the time breakfast opens. Also would be nice to have a casual dining option and/or snacks available at the beach bar.

Perfect perfect perfect! Clean and modern. Beach is AMAZING. Pool is nice as well. CLEAN. CLEAN. Big balconies and the view is everything I asked for. Will definitely come back.

Amazing!! Gorgeous and clean/new. Perfect in fact. The beach here is 10/10. Beach chairs and umbrellas are best in class, plenty of shade. Highlight of our 7 day Albanian Riviera trip!! Staff was a bit hit or miss. Need more training. Front desk staff, management, and valet/bellman were excellent! Beach attendants not very friendly or helpful. Need help there.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach. Prices in the restaurants and bar were ridiculous. The hotel was nice. Very nice. But the price of the extras were absurd.

The place is really nice, nice localisation, you have beds on the beach reserved for you. No communication on the fact that the spa wasn’t open, and 2 out of 3 restaurant weren’t working. On the reservation it says only one wasn’t open. So for sure this is not transparent communication especially when on the application of hotel facilities indicate 3 restaurants and a spa !

The food at the restaurant was not good and overpriced.

The staff was friendly and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The surroundings felt very safe during both the day and night. It is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Sarandë, where you can find many restaurants and bars. However, if you are like us and wanted a more relaxing vibe, there are also restaurants and a grocery store within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. The pictures are very true to the property. You can catch an amazing sunset from their private beach, and keep in mind that it is a rocky beach. I am a picky traveler, especially when it comes to comfort, so our experience was amazing overall! We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again! The only thing we did not enjoy as much, and that I would do differently, was visiting the hotel’s restaurant. The food was okay, but very overpriced for what they were offering. Learn from our mistake: we were very tired that day after our flight and the drive from Tirana but I would recommend pushing a little harder and exploring a little more the restaurants nearby instead.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The spa was wonderful, and both the spa area and the rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. We truly felt comfortable during our entire stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We hope to come back again soon!

The service was lacking. Not 5 star

The hotel was beautiful. Restaurant so overpriced no one was there. Staff were unfriendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Had to find someone and then wait for a simple coffee when the restaurant was empty for a coffee that sometimes we left before it came. Going to the beach they seemed to have a hierarchy as to who got best lounges. Asked for a lounge closer to the sea, said it wasn’t available and gave it to the next family. Drinks were crazy overpriced for Albania. 27 euro for a beer and alperol spritz. So far from the actual promenade that you would have drive over 20 minutes. Just overall not good.

Service excellent! The best team at Japanese Restaurant! Reception great! Beautiful hotel! Beach amazing!
