Alex Boutique Hotel

Nice little place up the hill from the beach near the old town. The room was cute and had a balcony and a nice view. Breakfast was good and served in the picturesque garden. There was not really enough parking, and it was hard to drive off the road into the car park (on a blind corner). It is quite a way from the 2 beach options and up a hill, so it is not really walkable in hot months.

Great view, modern conveniences, strong air conditioning, and good food. They also have 2 lovely dogs on the property Power outages but that was not the owners fault

What a great guesthouse - it was well-located and we had a most comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and it included A/C, fast wifi and a mini-fridge. And the breakfast was a highlight of each day. Spiro and his team are friendly and we are thankful that they made us feel so welcome and taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex Boutique Hotel. The hotel is beautifully located in the old town of Himarë and has a very welcoming, family-like atmosphere thanks to its small number of rooms. The owner personally greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was included, and there is convenient on-site parking available. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the garden. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The area is still developing, so there are currently no supermarkets within easy walking distance. In addition, breakfast took a little longer to be prepared than expected. However, it seemed that a new staff member was being trained at the time, so this was understandable and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

The breakfast with a view was great and delicious food and most of all FRESH. The owners make the fresh breakfast and very filling. Super clean, with great toiletries for our stay as well! I can recommend them 100% it is a 35mins walk to the beach or 5 mins drive. They do have parking as well. Thank you, for the amazing stay!

The hotel was perfect, amazing location with a beautiful view of Himare. The breakfast each morning was very good, and the family and staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable. One of the best accommodations we’ve had in all our years of travel! You have to stay here if you come to Himare! Nothing :)

We stayed in the family room and had a second room for the rest of our family, as there had hoped to be five of us. The family room had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the water. We were visited by goats during our stay, which was amusing . The owner , Philos, was helpful and even called a cab for us to take us to and from dinner. We enjoyed our time here. The property is up from town and requires either a drive or a taxi or a very long walk to get into town. I would not have felt safe walking anywhere from there at night. We were driving so we were fine, but the driveway is very steep onto a very busy road. We still enjoyed our stay here

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful terrace and excellent views. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owners, especially Spiros, who is such a kind person and went out of his way to fulfill all our wishes. We also truly enjoyed the company of Luno and Bruno (the doggies:-)— we absolutely fell in love with them. Nothing negative to mention; I would only suggest a renovation of the bathroom to make everything truly perfect.

Staff very nice Good breakfast

This family-owned place is a gem on the mountain. The atmosphere feels warm and personal from the moment you arrive. Service absolutely top-notch. Everything ran smoothly and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, friendly service in a cozy, welcoming setting.

Nothing as such

Very cute and quaint place to stay with truly exceptional views ! Our host was very welcoming and made sure we felt right at home! We enjoyed it so much hope to be able to come again!

The best view from a shower so far ? Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Very friendly host

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Great view on our very large balcony. Owner was very friendly and helpful with some tips. Kitchen was poorly equipped.

Genuine family business with a real welcome from hosts

The hotel is located in the old town with fabulous views over Himare and the hills behind. Unfortunately it rained during our time here otherwise we would have sat outside much more. The room was large and the blue colours appealing. A good shower too. We parked our car in the car park, up a short steep drive. Alex offered to help us with parking. Lovely fresh breakfast on a patio overlooking the coast.
