Great location. , great host and amazing breakfast

Air conditioning is good but can be improved. Nice stay anyway.

The location is perfect - right by the beach, activities and restaurants. The breakfast is big and very tasty, and you enjoy it on the rooftop with the beach view. The owner is very kind and helpful in any way. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Great location right to Himara center and near to the sea. We had great sleep, very comfortable beds. Our stay was made even better by the care and the help of teta Monda, she was there every time you needed something. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! We really enjoyed having breakfast and relaxing at evenings in the wonderful terrace. Thank you Monda!

Good location and breakfast included The toilet was dirty when we entered. We tried to discuss with the staff, but she did not take it well and felt attacked, and juat flushed the toilet and asked “what is the problem?”. Then also all of a sudden she did not know any English anymore. Also the drain or the sink did not work at all, which meant water everywhere, as well as sand and hair everywhere. We had to clean the bathroom after using it, because everything got wet and messy. The shower does not have any pressure and also when you use the tap and shower simultaneously, the shower water either burns you or it’s ice cold. The breakfast is the same every morning, but some customers were offered ie. watermelon, or things that were not “included” in the breakfast, which felt unfair. Also the bread was from the previous days and it was hard. Parking is also not included and in Himarë the parking is very tricky. Be aware that you might get a fine on the street. You can pay for parking in several spots. Also you can park further with no problem.

I'd stayed here before (in the time before Covid) and enjoyed the hotel. Great location! -within 15 yards of the sea/beach, at one end of the newish promenade. Roof terrace and inclusive cooked breakfast are both new and v welcome. Excellent host who worked hard on guests' behalf and spoke excellent Italian. Very good comfy beds, nice rooms/bathrooms, good showers -she swapped us to a bigger room on the second day (thanks). The hotel is undergoing improvements so not everything stated is present in every room, eg mosquito nets, bidet, but this wasn't a bother for us. Breakfast on the roof terrace was filling and good. I think the roof terrace will become even better as it's progressed for next season. Great sea view from there -photo below. Both rooms we had were quiet. Happy to stay here next time.

Vendodhja eshte ne qender te qytetit,dy hapa nga shetitorja. Stafi shume i sjellshem. Nuk kishte ballkon!

The woman working at the hotel is extremely polite and friendly. Location is great. No curtains in the shower, but it seems to be common for Albania.

The location is near the promenade and local bars, restaurants. There are shops, kiosks, other facilities nearby so everything is easily accessible. The price is competitive given the location, our host Monda is warm and welcoming, doing tons of things for her guests. Breakfast is served at the roof top with a view. Room size is tiny, bed mattress is uncomfortable, AC is making lots of noise, there is no balcony to dry off your clothes (there is one at the roof top to be honest but not as seamless as a private balcony). Noise insulation is mediocre at best as one can hear every step at the common area hence not being able to get some rest prior 1-2AM when most of the guests are in.
