The room is large and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Vanessa, our host, was excellent from the first warm welcome and throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Vanessa is even going to a lot of trouble to return a swimming costume we inadvertently left behind, long story but it actually difficult to post articles to Australia from Himare The deck is a great spot, better even than the advert photos suggested. However guests should be aware that it is a shared facility which wasn’t clear from the advert

Location, staff, view. Very pleasant atmosphere. Newly renovated with 5 star furniture. Restaurants all around. It’s on the main strip in Himare. Boat tour companies all around. No sweat. If coming by bus, get off at Bashkia. Walking distance to hotel. Going up 2 flights of stairs one of which lacks rails. Owner promised to get a rail installed. Also, it’s on the expensive side. Beach is not sandy and not private. Water shoes help a lot.

This was the perfect seaside getaway! The room is stunning and filled with light and views of the sea. The terrace is huge and has lots of comfortable seating to relax. You could see all the attention to detail in every aspect of the apartment. We can't wait to return! The shower is not fully enclosed/separated, so water leaks across the bathroom floor a little. Based on our other experiences in Albania this seems common, and it wasn't a big problem.

The room was spacious, had everything you needed ( complete with a xhezve and bombla, albanian coffee maker) and immaculate in terms of cleaning. The staff was super friendly, and it really made a difference. Steps away from the beach, it was the perfect location

The place was wonderful! The view on the balcony was really nice with the beach right there, and we had access to the rooftop terrace which was great for a coffee or drink. The blinds closed and made the room very dark which was great for sleeping! Parking was included which was very helpful! It was a 3 minute walk away. Eleni, the host shared the parking info ahead of time and everything was really easy to find. She takes really wonderful care of the property. Everything was VERY clean. She also gave wonderful recommendations for food, beaches, and boat tours. She was very helpful and made us feel right at home. I would recommend all friends and family to stay here!

The beach view is simply amazing - perfect for relaxing

We really enjoyed the view, the location, the interior design, and the warm hospitality. We had a restful and quiet sleep — the bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless and cleaned daily by the staff. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth it. maybe the stairs

Right in the beach in Himare, newly renovated and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Locatesd in front of the sea, clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind and I had a very relaxing staying

The guesthouse is located on the boulevard, which you would expect to be noisy. However, as we had a room at the backside of the guesthouse we didn’t hear a thing, so that was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean overall, thanks to the daily cleaning. The only thing that was rather uncomfortable was the freezing cold shower in the morning and at night. The guesthouse is located in a village where they (as I understood) have the boilers on the roof. If it has been raining or cold at night or if other guests have been showering for too long, the water will be extremely cold. For us the only option was to shower in the afternoon. The lady who manages the property was very kind and did her best to help us as quick as possible. She arranged for someone to check on the boiler. It seemed to have worked, because on the last day we had a warm shower in the morning after all!

Everything, the view was amazing, the staff brilliant, also the food from the restaurant downstairs was really nice!

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the host was amazing. She was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Even though the room is in the middle of the centre, the room is really quiet which we loved.

Great location, nice hosts! The view is amazong, first row building. Great breakfast (the waiter bought fresh fruits just for us <3 ) Small shower.

No sign outside to find the place. Place lacked toilet paper and new soap, owner was quite indifferent, bad view, overpriced.
