I loved everything about this place! The owners are simply lovely—so warm and welcoming. Breakfast with a view every morning was great. The location is excellent—beach is just across the street and wonderful restaurants are nearby. There is nothing I disliked .

Our room happened to be the latest room addition! Loved their attention to detail and it so very comfortable. Until you were at the rooftop for the included breakfast, the views of the ocean and surrounding mountains were partially blocked by a building across the street.

The location of this property is perfect, next to the beach and walking distances to all the restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The owners were amazing and made really good breakfast. Overall had an amazing stay and will definitely book again!

I cannot praise enough this accommodation in Himare. Cute little hotel in a superb location on Himare with comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed every morning while looking at the sea from the beautiful terrace. But what really made a huge change are the owners: Kiri and Afrodite are the loveliest, most devoted and genuine owners. Always there to help you, to please you, to say hi and smile at you. This is by far the best experience I have had staying in places. Thank you! Wishing you all the happiness and luck in the world!

The location was nice. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner has a parking spot for you but the traffic is very hectic so maybe message him beforehand for parking advice before arrival. Great breakfast and clean room. WiFi connected but was super weak

The property has an excellent location and very friendly and family run . The rooms were very clean.

The owner and his wife were so kind. They made us an excellent homemade breakfast each morning and even offered to do our laundry. It was just so down to earth in hospitable. The Wi-Fi was very erratic and made it unpredictable

Nice couple upstairs own hotel. Hotel is on small hill between two beaches, about 5 minute walk to promenade/beach. Nice breakfast on upper balcony with great view. Clean. Seaview was better on upper floors so we upgraded our room for seaview. Third floor has beautiful large terrace.

A comfortable small hotel with a magnificent view of Himare from the terrace. The rooms are nicely decorated and it is only a few minutes’ walk to the town centre. The owners are very kind (they gave me a free upgrade to the room with the best view) and the breakfast is tasty (the homemade plum jam was special). Everything was great. There are quite some stairs to reach the room - to be considered by people who have trouble walking.

Wonderful place to stay. The owners are fantastic and made us feel at home. The home cooked breakfast everyday was such a treat! Perfect central location. If I ever make it back to Albania I will stay in Himare at Vila Kosteli! Keri & crew

Very nice owners, clean room and nice view. I was fine with it but there are a lot of stairs,need to be ok with lots of stairs.

Very nice breakfast with local bio and very tasty products. Very nice view of the Ionian sea. Can enjoy the balcony even in the winter as it was warm enough to stay outside. It was a very pleasant stay at this place. The owners are very friendly and can provide everything you need. We stayed at winter time and enjoyed so much. the sun warms up the balcony and you can stay for hours looking at the beach. The town is very close by and the shops and coffee places are opened till late. safe parking provided.

The owner and his family were awesome and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect and all the beaches, restaurants and Grocery store were within easy walking distance. Breakfast was made to order and plentiful. I would 100% stay at this location again.

Really lovely hosts that run the hotel. The breakfast each morning was excellent, you get to sit on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Adriatic and enjoy excellent (fresh) food. Across the street is a staircase down to a private beach area with chairs/umbrellas and a couple small restaurants. The room I had included a nice balcony & view of the water, but it was a bit small (even as a solo traveler).

There location of villa Kosteli was amazing, 3 minutes from town center and just few steeps from a great beach. The staff was so friendly, it felt like being home! Breakfast on the terrace was lovely! No complains about it

The hosts are so incredible!! Very hospitable, the breakfast was delicious, and very helpful when we needed to find taxis or dinner recommendations. The location is wonderful - right in between the main street of Himare and the strip of beach clubs. Would come back in a heartbeat!
