Breakfast was awesome

The room was small, but absolutely cute. Beds and especially the pillows, were very comfortable. Loved the robes, and breakfast was great, with a large selection to choose from, including Japanese food! The hotel staff were absolutely friendly and kind. The library cafe was really nice to have, to enjoy a coffee, tea, or water. We enjoyed looking at the books. Room had air conditioning, slippers, good shower, and a toilet with a bidet. It is not far from the Himeji Station and close to lots of shopping alleys. The Osaka Castle was about a 15 minute walk away, but even if the sun is shining hot and it is raining, you can walk through the covered shopping alleys. Nothing

This hotel was close to the train station, city center, Sentou (銭湯). Let me to use cell phone adapter until my check out. Bed making service was a bit too early.

Everything was good, clean,comfortable, good location. Nice staff. Breakfast choices were ok, a bit limited for someone like me who is not used to a Japanese diet, and is = admittedly - a fussy eater. But there were enough choices that I could fill up with things I could eat.

Room was small and could've been cleaner. There were stains on our pillows, so we asked for new pillows. Luckily, staff were quick to respond and we immediately got new pillows.

This hotel has a great breakfast spread that changes everyday. The twin room is large enough for two people to share and it can accommodate luggage as well. The staff is friendly, understood English, and welcomed us warmly when we checked in. There is lemon water and cold tea in the afternoon. I enjoyed the Ceylon, green, and Ear Grey teas. You will have to walk about 7-9 minutes from the station to get to this hotel (take the North/East exit) but it is close to convenience stores and a 7-11 is next door for easy pick up of snacks, coffee, and other essentials. The laundry room is on the second floor, and it takes about one hour to dry clothes. The room is a little dusty, and the pillows are a little on the flat side. You can hear people talking in the hallways and through doors, so speak softly and move carefully in your room if you stay here.

Our room was 13 square meters. We thought one bed would be comfortable for two of us, but we were wrong. It was very uncomfortable to get in and out of bed if you were on the inside. The bathroom was tiny. We left a day early even though we had prepaid.

The location was perfect - close to train station, covered shopping mall, the Himeji Castle and gardens. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was gracious. Excellent value.

Great location to Himeji station, shotengai, and castle. Kobini right next door. Free refreshments. Can use the lobby area to eat outside food. Morning breakfast offers variety of Japanese and Western options. Flat pillows. Twin rooms are more spacious than double rooms, but only a few are available.

Breakfast was meager and not enough seating. Had to wait in the Que everyday More seating in the dining area

Breakfast was adequate. Hard to believe no soy sauce “shoyu” was available. No artificial sweeteners available either. Pillows were hard and not enough of them. Shoyu at breakfast, more bed pillows, softer pillows.
