I would avoid this at all cost. There was mold in our room when I pulled back to check for bedbugs. My hand was sticky. I think they’re very understaffed because couldn’t get a hold of anybody and honestly I just gave up trying. Removed the bag in the bathroom and it was covered in mold the bottom of the garbage can. I was wondering why my nose running the carpet was sticky and wet and it was musty where we had to open the window and spray perfume in the room so we basically just slept between the sheets cause we couldn’t use the blankets. I understand it was a dog hotel but there were other hotels that we could’ve stayed in. There were also dog hotels it doesn’t have to be this rundown piece of crap on the inside and on the outside be just beautiful.

We would highly recomend this hotel!

Carpet is stained and smells nasty. No hot tub. Breakfast was very limited. Staff was friendly

Very good

quiet, nice breakfast.....

The continental breakfast was skimped on, coffee OK, hot water but no choice of tea, no hot chocolate, grape jelly the only condiment for bagel or muffins no peanut butter, rather tasteless yogurt the two fruits were 1 oranges; two of the four were soft to the point of badly discolored to spoiled, the Delicious apples were anything but delicious. The overall impression was “boy are we cheap” ! I don’t ever recall a poorer presentation of a motel breakfast. The room was clean. I cannot honestly say I would go to a days inn ever again. The room was very dirty so I did not stay there
-
The rooms smelled bad, breakfast had limited items and was told that they were waiting for supplies to come in . Overall was a really unpleasant experience

Room was very clean and great temperature. Check in was easy. We didn't use the pool. Continental breakfast was acceptable.

My friends and I have stayed at this hotel for the past three Summers. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was clean, the service excellent. We are big fans and plan to stay there again next Summer.

Easy to get in and out of close to dining Only one towel in room, no washcloths no shower curtain. The TV remote was broken when I did get the TV turned on manually. It would only play in Spanish. Hallway was dirty. Continental breakfast was very lacking.

This property has issues with the pool which was an amenity. I did not read through reviews to find this out before, but rather found out after. If they advertise a pool, have a pool available, otherwise it is false advertising. I understand on-off situations but this is not one of those, this is a chronic issue documented through other past reviews. When my daughter and I went to go use a pool, we found out it was closed and the maintenance guy said 3 to 4 hours which would be past our checkout time. My daughter loves swimming and I got us all ready for it. The front staff were unworkable with my concern. They all ganged up on me and basically pushed me into being the one in the wrong. I wasn’t yelling. But the assistant manager threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave, which I told her I’d go grab myself and leave and we were out the door within five minutes, but they had already called they already called police. That is ridiculous. I was compliant and they still were going to call the police anyways. I am allowed to express my concerns, they just didn’t have the hospitality skills to help make it right, and Expedia tried too. It’s not Expedia’s fault. Don’t stay here.

The location and staff were polite The room smelled musty, the AC didn't work very well in the room. the hot tub was out of service and boarded up, the pool looked like it was ready to be shutdown as well,

Room was okay if you need a bed to sleep in. We had to ask for hand soap, toilet paper, and all other toiletries because there weren’t any in our room.
-
Very clean great friendly staff.
-
Expensive rates for average accommodations. Not very clean and needs some updating for sure. I probably wouldn't stay again.

I was driving from Ely to the MSP airport, and wanted a place close, but not in the city. This motel met my expectations. Very comfortable, safe, and convenient.

comfortable beds and the value of the room over half the lights in the pool area were burnt out making it hard to see in the pool /spa area. the one thing I dis- liked was there was no hot tub in the pool area
