The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a good value for the price. The Onsen has a great view and well maintained. Highly recommend it

I had a great time over there. Very nice stuff. Meanwhile, the place is an old place, but it's a good enough and relaxing place.

Great facilities, best service, delicious meals, comfortable onsens None

I did not like the view from my room
-
The location was good and the onsen was nice. Liked the sitting room with a nice view over the bay. The photos showed futon beds along with the description. Upon entering the room, we noted that there were futon mattresses on the floor with no bed frames, as shown in the photos. Additionally, places to eat were limited, and several we tried required reservations. We ate at Family Mart. It should be communicated to guests that dinner recommendations are recommended for the local restaurants.

Staffers are very nice and kind. Services there were plenty, including a big indoor bathhouse and an outside (but secure) bathhouse. Location is excellent, too. Nothing

Location had a great view and onsen facilities were nice. Holet is old and the rooms were subpar. Bedding was old and stained, had three identical rooms but booking.com charged us two at a low rate and one at a high rate.

Yes, it is a bit dated, but in a wonderful way. Beautiful views from our balcony, very friendly and helpful staff, large onsens, good breakfast ( we had buffet one day, set Japanese breakfast the next day). Our triple room was very large with bath, fridge, sitting area, yukatas in several sizes. There is no laundry facility on site, coin laundry nearby

Very good

The staff far exceeded expectations by coming out to greet us as we drove in and coming out to wave goodbye as we departed. That alone makes us want to stay there again. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the onsen baths were very nice as well. We didn’t eat there, so can’t vouch for that one way or another. It was very quiet when we were there midweek.

Large hotel with several hot baths. Room as expected, clean and reasonable size. Dinner at restaurant very good.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

The young man at the front desk made a special effort to get the restaurant prepare my dinner. I want to compliment his effort and helpfulness - he was so sweet and helpful. Dinner was heavenly, nicely prepared, fresh and tasty. The outside onsen was neglected and dirty, I was surprised at the low quality, and negligence. The structure of the hotel is tiring up and down the stairs and annexes, really makes the journey from the room to the bath tiring... They gave me a four-beds room, to a single person, which made it ridiculously expensive and unnecessary.

Location is fantastic. We were only in Hirado for the Dutch trading post, and this hotel was right above it. Not used to mattresses on floor and pillows slightly hard.
-
The price is good. The hot spring is good. Can't ask more with this price. The room smells musty and feels musty, which is acceptable with the good price.
-
convenience, proximity to harbor, sights and museums
-
I really liked the style of the hotel. The old-fashioned style is very nice. Please don't change it. I did not expect the spa services were extra. I thought the onsen price should have been included in the price.

Super accommodating staff, great value, very clean, and it looks quite fancy! All necessary amenities provided, including a yukata to go to the bath (with an outdoor view of the castle!!!) Nothing!
