I stayed at Concept Hotel in District 1 and had a mixed experience. The room was clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the noise level was a major issue. The hotel is located near a busy street market and a bridge, and the noise carried through the night, making it hard to get a restful sleep. Additionally, the bed was quite hard, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the hotel has potential with its clean rooms and great staff, but if you’re a light sleeper or value comfort, you may want to consider other options or bring earplugs.

Location was great for us. I think some people would struggle with the road noise although it didn't bother us. Rooms were lovely clean stuff helpful and friendly

I was very pleasant to stay at the hotel. They welcome u with a smile, very helpful and very nice. This hotel is very clean. U have everything that you need. They have a wash room, there u can wash your clothes yourself for free. The location for me was super, nearly to the Ben Thanh market and central. Special thanks to Mrs Hien and Mr Luan for the answers to my questions and my needs. I already booked the hotel again and come back in one week ?

The hotel was modern and clean, the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We had a room facing the street, which was quite noisy.

The only inconvenience is the hotel is located in one of the busy road. Hence, we must get in the car quickly everytime we took a grab car.
