Good location that easily walk to Bui Vien walking street, Ben Thanh market and so many foods restaurants around. They also have spa services which I joined so much.

Location is excellent for nightlife and sight seeing Some tea/coffee supplies would have been welcome

The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Location perfect. It was poor on the cleanliness. I mean bed sheets and towels were clean but the walls and furniture was worn and grubby. The place would be perfect with a decor renovation.

The price but even with that book somewhere - ANYWHERE else. There was still hair in the basin and the towels were threadbare. We had a first floor room that faced the street. The windows didn't close properly which let in ALL the street noise. The staff member at reception handed us a physical key, upon entering the room we had to go back to reception to ask for the power key card. She had no idea what we were talking about until we took her upstairs and showed her. She then had to make a call to fund out where it was. The fridge wasn't even plugged in, the bed was HARD I managed 2 hours of sleep. We checked out the next day.

Central location The room is basic which I know but this room’s walls on the 3 rd floor were all full of water stains and smelling of mould and wet paint! I did not like it ! Air con etc was good!
