Perfect location. Big and clean room
-
Day 1 the room I had ac not working. They did switch for me at day 2.

Location at its best. Rite in the heart of the entertainment scene. Accessible to many bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel condition somehow has gone down a little. It is doing minor work on their smoke detectors and sprinklers system. Thus if you stay in room during the day, you can hear the noises til around 630pm when they stopped work. The price per night also has gone up a little compared to before.
-
The room was spacious and with windows which makes good value for the location. The hotel was in the middle of the night life where the noise was there until 2 am. All the restaurants around wrere very pricey.

Clean and nice. Friendly staff The bed was uncomfortable it’s not a queen bed. 2 beds combined into 1. Anything else was really good.

I don’t like High recommended that you shouldn’t spend money at this place. I booked for my trip from Mar 17th to Mar 20th. But when I came there the room wasn’t same the pictures on booking “king the luxury”, not a real hotel like it says. Noisy and unclean. I paid a rather high price for my stay here. The owner was unfriendly and used derogatory language when I tried to cancel my reservation. It’s hard to connect with Booking.com support. They did not things to help. The owner said she didn’t want help, asked me contact the booking.com. I tried but the booking.com sent email and asked me to call the hotel. The hotel wasn’t answer. It's a deliberate attempt to shift responsibility and wait until the end of the booking period to collect the full cost. And they charge full money even though I wasn't stay. This is a good lesson or bad lesson?? What do you think?

This hotel is a SCAM and is unprofessional. When booked with booking.com, they’ve messaged us regarding when we would arrive multiple times. Not ONCE in that communication did they inform us we needed both our passport and VISA. A simple google search will inform you that you don’t need to carry around your visa, just passport. Upon checking in, we informed them we did not carry our Visa around. We’ve been to multiple hotels in Vietnam, and I had flown in from Japan, no Visa was required for hotels either, and this one is the first one to HARASS us for it. They asked a second time after we paid in full. All within the span of 20mins. We stepped out of the hotel and nothing was said, but messages came through asking for the Visa again. I have never been harassed this way by a hotel and quite frankly, we asked why did they take our money if we didn’t have everything they required??? Then turn around and just keep harassing us for it. Things escalated when the front desk girl called her boss. Truthfully, I’m livid at this point. They refused to refund us even though I said to charge me for the 3-4hrs we left our belongings there or on messages, I said half a day or so, so I could find a new hotel that wouldn’t harass me like this, or just call the cops because this is a scam. The owner I’m assuming they called, was yelling on the phone, she said she’ll call the cops for me if I wait an hour. Who would want to wait an hour to speak to someone who is so money hungry and refuses to refund? She also accused me of “messing with her hotel”. Like we’re matching tone volume, but I’m literally not touching anything in that humid, cramped space. Also, she said to check booking.com’s refund policy, which I told them and showed them on my phone and reservation email. The uneducated lady on the phone told me then I should request a refund on booking. I paid you in CASH. So why would booking be responsible. Don’t go here. METROLUX is clean with better service. The most uneducated, hood rat customer service. Cramped, humid, no ac front lobby. The moment you walked in, it gives what I assume as motel vibes. The front desk girl has this gloomy look and doesn’t even greet you. Probably cause she’s dying in the heat. They clearly have no idea what luxury is. Connected to a bar that gets crowded, etc. You’re better off at METROLUX and get a better feel of “luxury”.

Super noisy at night could barely sleep because it’s right on party street. That was the only downfall as well as the beds are a little bit hard. I would definitely recommend to stay here but only if you can sleep through noise or have while working earphones/earplugs.
