Staff were amazing! Love the breakfast buffet & how they help carry everything for us! Staff is 10/10! Pool with rooftop bar was nice, careful when walking up the stairs! The room were small with small window, however, it is all comfortable!

As a frequent business traveler, location is everything to me, and this hotel absolutely nailed it. Being right in the city center saved me so much commute time between meetings. The best part? After a long day of work, I didn’t have to go far to unwind—top attractions and incredible local dining spots were literally just steps away.

The property was clean and comfortable. The design of the shower/tub ứa flawed as when the shower was on it would seep along the edges to the floor. Staff immediately added towels to prevent this.

There was a woman named Jade. She was very very friendly and she speaks pretty good English. She tries her hardest to make sure you’re taking well care of. Please be nice to her and communicate with her. The rest of the staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you with luggage and checking in and checking out. I like to sky bar and the food was decent and the area in the city was good with a nice view. I love this place It’s really affordable and it’s good enough quality. Nothing This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com and was supposed to pay at check-in. Unfortunately, I missed my flight from Thailand. Following Booking.com’s instructions, I notified the hotel at approximately 11:00 a.m. on the scheduled arrival day and requested a simple one-day postponement of the reservation. The hotel refused completely. Despite receiving advance notice, and despite the fact that I arrived the very next day, they charged me the full amount for both nights, approximately USD 250, and refused to make any adjustment whatsoever. As a result, I was able to use only one of the two nights I paid for. What made the situation even worse was the total lack of customer service. I was given a series of excuses: the hotel was supposedly full, Booking.com was responsible, nothing could be changed, and so on. Yet this was low season, and there appeared to be availability. Nobody made any serious attempt to find a reasonable solution or show even minimal flexibility. A hotel reveals its true quality when something goes wrong. In this case, the management showed no concern for the guest and no willingness to help. They were happy to take my money but unwilling to provide the service I had paid for. The property advertises itself as a five-star hotel, but based on my experience, the service was closer to that of an average three-star establishment. The rooms may be acceptable, but hospitality and customer care were completely absent. I travel extensively around the world and rarely leave negative reviews. However, other travelers should be aware of how rigid and unhelpful this hotel can be when unexpected travel disruptions occur. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Decent hotel, bad breakfast, staff barely spoke english. Good value for £40 a night though.

Such a great team working at the happy life Jade goes above any place i have stayed to help and to even book and sort tours getting u cold drinks and making sure everything is spot on fresh fruit and water to your room everyday or if you asked. Moon who cleaned room done a great job also and happy to bring fresh towels if you asked Triexi was also helpful when Jade was not around or was busy helping someone else Ruby waitress was a great worker also they all were dont know any other names to mention location is great to the main market and some great food spots. Norah Spa next door is a must if you stay they will give u the best and best value massage in the city ill be back in november and ill be staying here again great value great people

Lovely room with a separate bathroom which appealed to us. Restaurant meal was ok but not wonderful The pool and sky bar are in need of a facelift

Nice reception area. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Great staff. The pool deck was good and we enjoyed the rooftop cocktails. The little gym was handy and had a nice view. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant was nice and bright. 15 minute walk to the river, but very close to the covered market and the art museum, which was excellent. The room was small and a bit tired. The bathroom was tiny and water went onto the floor when using the shower. There was some noise from the adjacent building site, but not bad.

They offer a good breakfast with a wide-variety of options. The room was clean, and the location was close to tourist attractions. Staff, especially their concierge are really helpful. We like the ambiance of their rooftop bar with the pool, its really relaxing. Just that during our stay, there's a renovation happening at the lobby. And also, no early check-in for us :( albeit I know its upon availability but still I expected just a little.

The shower leaked through the bottom of the bathtub flooding the floor & making it very slippery & the hand basin wouldn’t empty water out

Property is beautiful. Staff was amazing. Bed hard as a rock, pillow were pretty good. Towel were old and dingy and stained.
