The hotel’s location is the only positive thing I can mention. It’s conveniently situated near many of the country’s most famous landmarks, making sightseeing easy and convenient. Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable. The room was infested with mosquitoes. There were a lot of them, and I ended up getting bitten multiple times and in the end, transferring to a different hotel. I reported this to the front desk and requested that the room be cleaned and sprayed with mosquito repellent. However, when I returned later, the mosquitoes were still everywhere, which made me feel that the request was not properly addressed. In addition to this, the room itself was dusty, giving the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the air conditioning was very slow and took a long time before the room cooled down. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and effective response from staff significantly affected my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the room conditions for future guests.

It was near to most places with good restaurant. Was able to extend with minimal fee. Friendly receptionist. The first room given to us was big and the AC did not properly cool down the room. Good thing we got transferred to a smaller room which the AC worked well. Bathroom doesnt have door, lobby turned into a storage or like a home of the workers there.

Great location for go to places in Ho Chi Minh. Near Ben Than Market, near to Bep Me In, Bo Ne Ba Nui, etc.

We got here early but were allowed to stay until check in, the staff were helpful too. Our bed was good and the room had a fridge, desk and tv as well as ample storage.

This hotel cheat people, booking already mentioned the price inculde vat, but for when asked invoice the charge additional 8%. Basically if you are a business traveller they will thief 8% extra to issue invoice from you. Business travllers be careful and avoid this scam hotel. They scamed

Old facilities, noisy and a bit smell from other customers

The staffs are helpful. Easy check in and check out. The location is really convenient. lots of nearby restaurants and you can just walk your way to the bus stops.. It would be better if the rooms are sound proof because its a bit disturbing when you can hear even the telephone ringing from the adjacent rooms.
