Location Staff was rude not helpful and yelling at me. I think rooms needs to be clean more and also reality is not like the pictures. There is a window but facing to other building so basically dark all the time, no sunshine. Walls are so thin that I can hear every other room. It was not worth it.

It was clean and had everything I needed. It was a little bit of a drive to get to where we wanted to but that was my fault for not knowing ahead of time.

The location is in the center but not in the busy street so it feels good during the day and night. The walls are superrrrr thin! No soundproof whatsoever. If you get unlucky like me and got the no manners neighbors then you would be angry cause they be slamming the doors and talking loudly. I feel like the hotel should have the sign in English and especially in Chinese saying please be quiet or something since they should know that their walls are super thin

The bare necessities were fine - hot shower, comfortable bed, functioning wifi. Friendly cleaning staff. The breakfast was difficult. The only thing I found edible was the omelette. More fruit and healthy options would be nice, but this is probably out of budget.

The staff were kind and attentive. They held our bags when we arrived early in the morning, and they very kindly printed our Cambodia visas the morning we needed them. Perfect location for us, and our room on the 8th floor was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was delicious too.

Love the breakfast spread and how it changes daily. Pho station was what we looked forward to the most. Bonus: the cafe/bar below that sells coffee and alcohol serves up a delicious cup of iced bac xiu Tiny critic that could be more personal preference, but I usually prefer if the hand soap wasn't a bar soap and liquid.

I loved how close it was to Ben Thanh Market and several tourist spots that were all within walking distance. It was easy to order Grab bikes and cars from the location. It is also walking distance to the Ben Thanh metro station, which you can take direct into District 2. I didn't realize there were two entrances for the hotel, but the staff was great to redirect. One entrance has the gym and bar, and the other entrance is where the breakfast was. The options for breakfast were great, and I appreciated both Vietnamese and Western options. There were consistent options and rotating options as well. The hotel room had a modern look and feel. The bed was comfortable. Everything was great to me. I highly recommend this place for accommodations!

The room appeared new and renovated. There were complimentary bottles of water and barista coffee/tea in the morning. There was a 24hr reception. Nothing.
