Piano Hotel

the hotel is tucked away in an alley in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City. so,the noise level was very minimal, almost none. But then you step away from the hotel and turn one street and everything is super close. you can walk everywhere. the room is comfortable and quiet and the staff are helpful and welcoming. I think the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. it was not a big deal as I disinfect everything anyway but I wished they had given it a good scrubbing after each guest.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of almost all the city attractions. Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is quite basic. But that's just a personal opinion of someone who is used to a hearty breakfast.

Enjoyed the stay very much! We got to the hotel before check in time but our room was already ready! Very clean with ok breakfast. Great location. Stuff was kind and helpful, they informed us about payment options, for cards fee will be chargded. Definitely would come back again.

Good value hotel, room was large and well maintained, clean, helpful staff- made the breakfast my way, and let us stay longer, close to the action and historic buildings but in a more Vietnamese area so less crowds of tourists .

Its a geat hotel, Super clean, very good friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative of my room was that it was small. Was ok for me as I was by myself and came to room only for sleep. I recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a budget hotel, clean & close to CBD attractions which are around 15min walk.. Only negative of my room was that it was small. The breakfast was tasty and the location is central. We could walk to almost all the attractions we wanted to see.

We were very pleased with this hotel because it was tastefully decorated on a quiet alley. Very clean and exceptional staff that were eager to accommodate us. We event met the owner who was really lovely and amazing. She gave us excellent suggestions. I recommend this hotel highly and plan to stay here when I return to Saigon. No issues at all

location is great! side street is full of local life and quite quiet.breakfast could perhaps have more variety(especially fruits) staff is very helpful. I think some smaller table lamps in the rooms would be a great addition and make the rooms feel more intimate. Overhead light is always a bit harsh in general. And better lighting over mirrors in bathrooms ,the overheads are too far away.

Room felt a bit too small. Window towards the staircase. Bed was old and squeaky.

My room was on the first floor next to the stairwell so I could hear noise and conversations. Not a major issue unless you are a light sleeper.

Staff was great, breakfast was great, bed was comfortable, pillows a little hard. It was quiet. The room had a window but it just faced a staircase so don’t pay extra for a room with window. We never opened curtains so it felt dark and closed in. No outside window, no where to sit outside.

This was a great and affordable stay in the city. I only stayed one night but would have stayed longer as it was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy too!

I like that the neighborhood was quiet and while not very near some tourist spots, it was easy to get to. The rooms are clean and the staff was very nice. None

Property was located literally steps away from a Main Street. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and street food. The front desk lady was extremely nice, had no issue communicating in English at all. Check in was literally flawless and quick. There is an elevator that takes you upstairs to your room. At no time was I ever in the elevator with another person but I do know there were others in their room as the lights were on and I heard talking in the hallway. Inside the room you cannot hear outsides noise. The AC takes a while to kick in , but there is a fan inside that you can turn on first to circulate the air. There’s free water in a glass bottle, a safe and come hangers do your clothes. The water pressure was always strong and great, didn’t have issues with hot water throughout the stay. The bum-gun was on another level. The pressure can send you to space, but atleast you know you’re clean. Room service is great, reception asks when you leave if room needs to be cleaned or not. If you don’t want to talk to anyone, there’s also a DND and service room button inside you can switch on. If you leave at night the front gate is down halfway, just watch your head if you are tall, the other employee, usually a man, is sleeping downstairs and watches the property throughout the overnight time. I gotta say, everything was pleasant. I wished I could have stayed longer, but this will be a place I will definitely recommend and revisit when I come to HCMC. It’s only 30 minutes from the airport. There was absolutely nothing bad about this location.
