The location was very central, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were really kind! Delwyn even gave us a list of recommendations for the area from food to entertainment.

I liked everything about it, except the rooms are not the biggest, and moving about one side of the bed was much harder than the other side.

the room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable and clean we had a late night flight the next day so ask if we could extend our stay and have access until 7pm the followng day, the original room was not available but they allowed us to book and second room to move into. was very helpful to be able to come back to hotel and shower and reorganise our bags before heading to the airport

Good breakfast in general. Staff speaks good English and are very professional. Pho is bland and AC is not automatically turned on and we just realized before checking out - we just assumed the AC is hot.

Love the service how the front desk and all the staff was super helpful especially this young girl name Delywn she when extra mile during breakfast and also to guide us where to go and how to go. My 75 years old mum was very comfortable with the service and stay All was amazingly good

Only thing I would change, the A/C was hitting right on top of the bed, no swing and no auto, I had to tuen it off/on throughout the night because I was freezing even at 25 degrees

good location, value for money. good sleep. breakfast super packed, too crowded. showever partition is too small, water will splash to sinks/toilet area making entire floor wet.

The location is perfect. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was tasty. My parents are very satisfied with staying here!

The staffs were super friendly!! Rooms were a decent size, but most importantly, it’s super clean. Although it’s not a 5 star hotel. I truly felt the staffs make you feel like it’s a five star hotel. Hotel located conveniently to many local bars and restaurants.
