The overall hotel location was great but the street the hotel was located was a surprise. It was busy and full of street vendors and some directly in front of the hotel.

Staff were very responsive and helpful when we called to learn how to use the safe. Good location, nearby to lots. Was able to store our bags in the foyer with the reception staff, and use the toilet, when we arrived a few hours before check-in (note: it is not a locked away room if you are looking for this). Bonus: a weigh scale at reception to weigh your bags before your flight. Cannot speak on the food/breakfast, as our flight left early in the morning before it started. Slightly hard to find the hotel entrance, as it is located in an alley type street that was full of local market/street food stalls partially blocking the front.

This is perfect location, staff very friendly and polite and able to communicate with excellence English. Nice room and clean. I like the view of my room to see city at night time. The bathroom floor very slippery, i felt down one, and the front hotel is narrow to get in to the hotel entrance however this is city hotel i can understand.

The location was very central, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were really kind! Delwyn even gave us a list of recommendations for the area from food to entertainment.

I liked everything about it, except the rooms are not the biggest, and moving about one side of the bed was much harder than the other side.

the room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable and clean we had a late night flight the next day so ask if we could extend our stay and have access until 7pm the followng day, the original room was not available but they allowed us to book and second room to move into. was very helpful to be able to come back to hotel and shower and reorganise our bags before heading to the airport

Good breakfast in general. Staff speaks good English and are very professional. Pho is bland and AC is not automatically turned on and we just realized before checking out - we just assumed the AC is hot.

Love the service how the front desk and all the staff was super helpful especially this young girl name Delywn she when extra mile during breakfast and also to guide us where to go and how to go. My 75 years old mum was very comfortable with the service and stay All was amazingly good
