Saigon Pink Hotel

The location is perfect for travelers, there is a bar beside the hotel, just 3 stores away from famous Pho Viet Nam Restau. Also nearest to other places you can go like Saigon Centre, Saigon Skydeck, 7/11, walking distance to atm machines, and there are lots of stores you can visit near the hotel. The staff are accommodating, they can communicate in English so its easier to talk to them. The city view are nice. Because our flight was delayed, we arrived later than we expected, and while we enter the room on our first night, we notice that it was not cleaned, the bedsheets are somewhat dusty and itchy to use while we were sleeping, you really need to fix it yourself. We ask the staff to clean it and prepare new bedsheets and towel on the next day while we were away so for the rest of the days we stay are somewhat quite fine.

The rooms are very tired and lacked basic cleanliness with stains on the walls that could be wiped, the fridge was smelly when opened and the towels were white but were cream looking, the handrail leading up to the reception area was loose. On arrival the person we connected with lacked basic customer service skills. She showed us one room which had not been cleaned but it was too small for us and then showed us an upgraded room which was ready to occupy. We were warned that it gets noisy at night with music, but it will stop at mid night. This was correct the noise was so loud that our apartment window felt like it was vibrating. We were tired having flown into Saigon that day and just wanted to get some sleep. We had decided that we could not stay here for the duration of our trip and had advised a lovely young lady who was on reception late that afternoon that we would be checking out the next day. We had no expectation that we would get a refund. She advised us that she would see if she could get us a refund for the days that we were not occupying. The next day when we checked out, we received a 50% refund which we were not expecting this was given to us by the lovely young lady. That visit has made us more cautious now when booking accommodation in Vietnam. Basic cleanliness and overall tiredness of the rooms along with the night noise of music which was extremely loud.

Great fun in terms of location. It was dusty and the Aircon would occasionally malfunction in 2 of our 3 rooms. The building itself is very noisy at night until midnight because of a club next door/behind it. It's particularly bad in the larger rooms towards the back.

We like that it was near all the necessary landmarks and it is very accesible. The elevators were fast and lobbies are clean at all times. Staff are friendly and are doing their best to accomodate us. The property beside the hotel is a bit noisy and smells bad which sometimes drifts to our hotel.

I stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Almost everything you need is within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The staff were fantastic—very friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made communication smooth. As someone who works remotely, I was also really impressed with the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended! you can hear some street noise in the room, especially between 9 PM and midnight. It didn’t bother me at all since I was still awake during those hours, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be something to consider.

Staff was quite helpful. Rooms were decent, although they don't clean every day. The hotel is next to a rooftop bar that plays music beyond their speaker capacity until midnight every night. It's quieter on the street. The speakers vibrate the windows, and the base has excessive feedback, making the loudness obnoxious. We left despite prepaying for rooms we knew would not be refunded. We booked elsewhere as it was causing a lack of sleep and much frustration. I would recommend for anyone who plans to be in the room before midnight.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Near convenience stores, cafe's, ATM's, resto's and market. The staff are super nice and friendly especially Châu. The room is big and clean with a small balcony outside the window. A small fridge comes in handy to cool off our drinks from the hot weather outside. Skydeck is 3mins away. Since we are on the 4th flr, wifi is slow and unstable. It would be nice if they can boost the signal up. I didn't mind the loud music coming from the nearby clubs and bars since I slept late.

I stayed in this hotel till midnight to wait for the flight. It's very convenient to access anywhere because it is located in the center of the city. It deserves the price at least. It is located in the center, so it might be noisy till very late night.

The staff woman was nice, but there was no wifi in the room, I had urgent work to do, had to go out to the lobby which was uncomfortable, AC was loud and music on the street till late. Location was good.
