Breakfast has a good selection, both buffet and a la carte are included. There are Eastern and Western breakfast options. The pool is very nice being on the 11th floor. The room was comfortable and clean. They also kindly offered us a free upgrade on the last night of our stay. We declined to avoid the hassle of re-packing, but it was nice of them to offer! We also paid for airport pick up and drop off which were good - especially considering we were in town over a holiday. Nothing!

The staff was great with their attention to detail, presence, and hospitality. Building was in great shape, and rooms were very comfortable and well kept. Certainly a great value. I don't like heavy traffic, and getting in and out of the area was difficult especially when returning from work at end of the day.

Breakfast is served buffet style on their sky terrace with fresh fruits and salad, along with other breakfast buffet choices that you would expect to see at a hotel. We could also order eggs in any style or pho, soup, noodles. The choices were plenty and quality was fresh. Location of the hotel was super convenient - 10 minutes or so walk to the Independence Palace and War Remnant Museum. 200 meters from Ben Thanh market. If I really have to nitpick, breakfast location could get a little busy and crowded in the morning when it’s packed, but honestly this was not a problem. Overall the hotel was great and I would come back if I visit Ho Chi Minh again!

They were AMAZING. Beautiful and high end premium feel. The staff was extremely kind and generous. Got sick one day and they sent me steamed rice and tea to the room and was very nice in general. It was a unique experience

The hotel is located in a prime location amongst good restaurants and close to shopping and tourist sites. We could walk almost everywhere from here. The rooftop bar was nice and the pool was clean. The breakfast was very good and changed everyday of the 4 days we stayed. The room wasn't huge bit sufficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

The D1 location is unbeatable, and the personalized service was phenomenal—they even sent chamomile tea to my room when I casually mentioned over WhatsApp that I hadn't slept well. The breakfast was a standout, featuring a high-quality buffet alongside a made-to-order menu for fresh Pho and eggs, which you can enjoy overlooking the pool. The room was extremely comfortable, and the rooftop bar is a stunning bonus. The Wi-Fi was noticeably slow during my stay. I had to rely on my mobile data to get any meaningful work done online.
