It was walking distance to the independence palace and Bentham Market. But Bentham market is expensive. 1. The aircon in the room is broken so i do not have aircon during the entire stay. 2. They charge additional 3% on the room rate if you will pay using a credit card. 3. The hotel door is closed early in the morning at around 5:30am when i wanted to get out to do my morning exercise and jog. I was very disappointed. I was really planning to jog and exercise at the nearby park and then go to Bentham market early before i will join the tour at 7:30am. 4. Their receptionist in the morning does not know how to speak English. 5. They do not serve breakfast at the designated time of 7am. The time for me is very important because i need to meet my tour guide at 7:30 am. The receptionist did not know breakfast is included in the price we paid and we have to tell her that we need to take our breakfast already because it is past 7am. There was a Spanish guest who is also waiting for his breakfast but was exasperated because it took too long for them to serve it so he just went out to buy a coffee. 6. Breakfast consist only of Pho soup and that's it and no drinks, like juice or coffee or tea. 7. I was planning to check out after breakfast and just leave my luggage in the hotel while i go on a tour in Cu Chi tunnel but there was no receptionist in the receptionist desk. We do not know where she went. I already told the receptionist the night before that i will be checking out early before i go to my tour at 7:30am and she said yes but the next morning, no receptionist can be found to attend to my check out. So i just left my baggage in my room. When i came back from the tour at around 2:00pm and checked out immediately, the hotel receptionist MADE ME PAY AN EXTRA 180,000 VIETNAM DONG, because she said i checked out late. I tried to reason out to her that it is not my fault that i checked out late because there was no receptionist that morning to attend to my check out and i need to hurry up because i need to meet my tour guide. She still charged me 180,000 dong :[

The hotel not far from ben thanh market and easy to find. The staff not understand english and need translator apps to communicate.

The room and shower was adequate and room.was situated in a convenient area to where Bui Vein is. There was a rooster ? waking you up in the morning and room.had no windows and a cold shower, which was OK because it was hot but not ideal.

The room was spacious enough. It's centrally located and a lot of options for food nearby as well as transport. The tissue was a bit old and had some stains on it
