Staff are friendly and best locationì

Some of the front desk staff were a bit rude. When I approached the desk with questions, I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, but the staff member did not look up or invite me to speak. I had to repeat myself several times before she responded, and when she did, her tone was very rude. Additionally, I was unable to stay in my room during the day because of ongoing construction. I reported this to the front desk, but I was told there was nothing they could do about it

Nice hotel. Bathroom a bit tired, usual stained grout and sealant but not too bad. Staff were really helpful, welcoming and polite. The location was excellent - 10 minutes walk from the independence palace, war remnants museum etc, and 5 minutes from the market. Pretty good overall, although a bit noisy at night as it's on a very busy street. Not much. Buffet breakfast could have been improved, aircon was a bit hard to manage and street noise was a bit intrusive.

Location The deceptive way it is marketed. In two weeks of travel in Vietnam we stayed in twelve hotels, maybe half of them charged a tax of around 60.000 dong but this was the first one that charged an additional 40-45000 as a service charge. The real kicker was that it was a google maps add, we booked through what we thought was Tripadviser who sublets it to booking .com, the initial add said 64% discount, after taxes and service charge this still came out to be a savings of about 300.000 dong compared to the price we were told walking in from the street. The kicker!? They elimate the advertised complimentary breakfast which is available at an additional 219.000 dong per person!!! We won’t be using trip advisor or booking.com again.

The location is good as it is very close to Ben Than market. The street where it is located is also quiet. My family booked a room tor 2 adults and 1 child (13yo). But upon arriving, the lady at the hotel counter said the hotel moved us to a smaller room upon noticing that only 1 guest was mentioned in the booking - the main guest - and said that the hotel did not see the need for a bigger room. In short, no matter how we insisted on our booking for 2 adults and 1 13 yo, the hotel placed us in a room with only in 1 queen bed where we could hardly move around and we were like canned sardines but still made to pay for the value of a bigger room and for three adults claiming that our original booking was already sold to another guest. The lady said it was the fault Booking.com. On the following two days, we we were moved to a bigger room - with 2 single beds - but still we had to pay for an extra adult (for the 13 yo) despite that our booking was for 2 adults and 1 13 yo child. The pillows were hard. If you are very keen on cleanliness, this hotel is not for you as the house cleaning merely did a perfunctory cleaning. The breakfast was good but other options are easily available outside the hotel property. The other good thing in in this property was my 13 yo child got to play on its piano placed by tnr main door.

Breakfast coffee is good. Location is good. The bed have bugs and tiny ants. The room is noisy. The air conditions is not cold. I have been double charge by the hotel too.
