The One Premium Hotel

The location is just a few steps from Ben Tanh Market however it is directly in front of a club which makes it impossible for rest. It's loud until 4-5am. Our room was very dim, bed was substandard, and bathroom was horrible. The shower was broken, tiles were also broken, and water pressure was so weak. I was so disappointed with the bathroom situation that i had to request a change in room. It was slightly better however the shower couldn't be adjusted, the bedroom was also very poorly made. Bed was hard. Elevator was dirty as well as the staircase and hallways.

The location is great, the staff was very nice and friendly. The mattress was terrible, it was awful.

Young man that worked the front desk. His name was Mr. Long. Very helpful in everything he did.

Very near Benh Tanh market and other tourist destinations. The staffs are all accommodating and kind. They clean the room everyday and they clean it thoroughly. ❤️❤️❤️ The noise from the nearby club, but it’s kinda okay because I would normally go back to the hotel tired so I still get to have a good sleep. ?

Returning for our second visit, the hotel maintained the same high standard of comfort and service we remembered. Consistency is key, and this place delivers every time, making it a reliable choice for anyone visiting Vietnam.

My room was bright, fresh, and beautifully maintained every single day. I absolutely loved the bed — soft sheets, fluffy comforter, and the kind of comfort that makes you never want to leave. It was the perfect spot to relax after wandering around Saigon, especially with the TV playing Vietnamese dramas in the background.

Room is too small for the value paid , no space for movement. No window for fresh ambience.

The staff were very nice and the location was great. You can walk and explore the city very easily with many restaurants and stores on every block. Firstly, the hotel is right in front of a night club which I did not realize before I booked my stay. The music was extremely loud till very very late. I also saw two cockroaches in my bed when I arrived. I moved to another room on a separate floor. Even then, I woke up with many bug bites on my legs. I’m not sure if those are from bed bugs or something else. Very gross and unpleasant. The rooms are not that clean and the bathroom was dirty.

The staff made me feel welcome, the entire place was clean and tidy, and the bathrooms were impressively spotless. The room was cozy and well taken care of.

Absolutely loved my stay here — the most comfortable sleep I’ve had in Vietnam, and the staff were beyond kind.

The room was clean, nicely furnished, and just the right size for two people. It had everything we needed for a short stay and felt cozy and well-maintained throughout.

Good Location Its too old and not clean

The property is shady and scary. We only live one night and we move out directly. The refrigerator is dirty and the room with a lot of Ant. The bathtub is leak. At the midnight that stranger guy knocked on my door. I need to rent a different hotel n move out. N I ask a refund but the guy said no refund. How can he pose this to rent at hotel . This not even a Motel. This place not safe.

Lift is slow.

High level of attention to details, great staff and overall vibes inside the hotel. Excellent bed and atmosphere. Great location & family oriented

The location is opposite to club which is so noisy at night

although the hotel confirm their are enough room last night, they notify they don't have rooms for us before 4 hour checking
