Better than expected breakfast, better than expected location, everything clean, super friendly staff.

I like how the room is beautiful and clean. And they have all amenities including two water bottles per day, pajamas, slippers and so on. The only thing that bothered me was the shower gel bottle , it is difficult to get the amount I want . But I think this is just a matter of changing the bottle.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and fresh food. The terrace, although not as newly furnished as in the pictures online, supplied us with a romantic city view at night. Location was good, we were able to get around easily to explore the city. No real complaints, except maybe for the terrace furniture, which was a little aged. Otherwise it was a truly great experience!

Wonderful staff - Florence, Aura and Selena worked so hard to welcome my family and accommodate our needs. They were great with the kids and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms spacious and comfortable. The hotel is starting to look a bit frayed around the edges. It needs a thorough dusting, some basic maintenance and a lick of paint.

Your in the heart of a traditional Vietnamese neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery, beauty and 30 minutes to the heart of downtown.

The hotel terrace is beautiful and offers nice views. • The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing a calm environment. • Location is okay for exploring the city during the day. The rooms were old, not properly cleaned, and had noticeable mold and unpleasant smells. • There were no proper loungers or covers on the terrace. Towels requested were handed over with indifference. • The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially upon late-night arrival, making it very difficult to find food or settle in on the first night. • There are no restaurants nearby, which was inconvenient for us. • Overall, the facilities and service did not match the pictures or description.

The staff really make this hotel special. From the front desk to the young women making breakfast to the cleaning staff,: Friendly, professional, HELPFUL, and CHEERFUL. Simply the best !!

All the staff were so caring, friendly and professional. Each morning there was a new selection of breakfast options. (chef made a delicious omelete too) I broke my reading glasses and one of the girls from reception was kind enough to repair them. Thanks to all

The room is clean! And the staff also very friendly and nice to the guest. The room also very clean and plus you get a free breakfast! The cons for me was the location are not at the center of Saigon so its kinda hard to walk short around when want to buy the grovery stuff or to chills at the cafe.

Location is not the best. Safe box wasn't working and when talked to reception, no one came to fix it. Many lights in the room weren't working. Breakfast was decent but can be better. Not many options. I think one can stay in a better hotel for the same value of money. I wouldn't rare it as a 4 star hotel

The staff specially Ms Florence is amazing. Very helpful, responsive and cheerful. The refrigerator in our room 73 is not working and should be replaced by the hotel. Everyday room-cleaning and changing of towels. It is our second time staying in this hotel. Room requires repainting. You can actually see the shoe stains in the walls. Faster refill of breakfast so the staff should be attentive.

A charming and quiet hotel with helpful staff, especially Ivy who spoke excellent English and gave us advice on where to go and how to get there. She also managed to find a taxi to get our daughter to the airport on Reunification Day when we couldn’t find one anywhere! The hotel is a couple of kilometres from the centre and so there are not many attractions or good restaurants nearby.

Olde worlde charm. Breakfast good catering to different cultures but not extensive selection as only a small hotel. Good value. We had 1 night stay before leaving Vietnam next day.
