A cheerful and very accommodating staff. A surprisingly quiet room, with a comfortable bed in the center of D1. We stayed two nights, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Well, the stairs were a little rough...

The staff was very helpful. When I needed to extend my stay on short notice they were able to accommodate me. They also allowed my family to change rooms so we would have less flights of steps to climb. The cleaning staff was thorough and unobtrusive. Also, there is a laundry facility right below, which is very convenient. The Wifi signal was weak at times in my room. At such times, I would go to the lobby to use the Wifi.

No ac in reception area Booked 2 rooms 1 double (103) And 1 twin twin is fine and newish Double room is so run down I wouldn’t let my dog stay there , smells mouldy and the laminate floor is water damaged and damaged other places , Coffee or tea 2 fried eggs a banana and a loaf of bread for Breakfast yes a loaf of bread not sliced which costs $1.20cents in a restaurant The owners / family’s woke us up on the last night of Our stay playing loud music in the reception area at around 2:30 am . On the plus it’s quiet if you think of how much noise there is of beeping mc and cars out on the main road .

Really nice accommodation in central Ho Chi Minh. It is location in the main area but in a quite street which is ideal. Nice room and a perfect breakfast to start the day is included

The hotel doesnt have elevator which is a burden especially when you are in the 3rd floor and up. The first room that was given to me was so dusty so i asked to transfer which they provided. Thanks to the staff even if they were having a hard time communicating in english. Location is near Buy Vien if you like party, this is the place. A bit hard to locate but it's good. Great value for money cuz of free breakfast. no elevator.

Great location right amongst the madness, but quite at night very clean rooms breakfast was okay Very nice people that run this hotel Air conditioning was very poor. Breakfast was a bit boring after a few days. No lift so made it difficult to get on the higher floors most rooms do not have windows that’s an extra and they kept on trying to get you into overpriced tours The hotel was a little expensive for what it was

- Hotel located conveniently in the heart of the touristic zone - staff nice and helpful, speaking limited English but despite it was easy to communicate - breakfast served everyday, similar everyday but fresh and sufficient to start the day - it's not very clean but it's rather common in Vietnam - we had a few small cockroaches in the room

Only good point is the service was minimally friendly. The door man said I could leave my luggage while I look for a new hotel and he would look after it. However, when I came back 1h later he was sleeping. He was sleeping so hard I could get my big luggage 3 feet away without waking him up. So I am not sure if ma luggage was really safe. The hotel canceled me reservation. They said it was because they could not reach me. But of course they could not contact me because I was in a 6h plane flight. So right after getting at the hotel they told me about the cancelation and they are now full. So I had to find myself a new hotel. I probably got a good deal on booking and was just looking for a reason to cancel. So don't book in advance, it doesn't mean nothing to them. You better just book else where or just go there directly if you really want to stay there.
