Koniko hotel

(This review is for the Three Beans hotel, same owners, a few doors down from the Kiniko.)The bed was comfortable, the location was great. The staff was courteous and kind enough to pack our luggage up to our room, as there was no elevator. No elevator as mentioned. A lack of working outlets, in fact only two were operable. Most lighting didn't work and the bulb was out on the nightstand lamp.

Good location if you want to visit the party street, friendly staff. Basically no sound insulation and children were playing loudly in the hallway until midnight. The air conditioner was dripping water next to the bed.

The location located in the center of District 1. Walking distance to major attraction. Surrounded with restaurant and food stalls. The room is spacious and water shower pressure is good. And the room is clean. Though located in the heart of District 1, it's quiet and calming. I am happy and comfortable during my entire stay. The staff is polite, friendly and proactive, Ms. Nga is so nice and approchable she assisted us in our Cu Chin Tunnel Tour. The hotel has a tour desk just approach Ms. Nga. I recommend to have your tour activity book in the hotel its much cheaper than online platform. I will definitely stay again in this hotel whenever i am in Ho Chi Minh City.

Location is almost near tourist attractions, and the city downtown is just within walking distance. Surrounded with restuarants. 7-11 and Circle K are just a few meters away. The room is huge, and the water pressure is good. Ms Nga, the hotel owner, is very kind and proactive. She helps us with our Cu Chi Tunnel Tour and other travel needs. I will definitely come back again whenever I am in Ho Chi Minh City.

It was located in the heart of the Tourist District. About 5 minutes from the Walking Street but far enough away that you didn't hear the street noise. Within easy walking distance (if you don't mind the heat and humidity) of many common tourist attractions: Museums, Temples, The River, The Saigon Post Office, Markets, etc. Television with several English and French channels, but sometimes the service would be spotty. Good Air Conditioning. My room was a two story walk up so if you need an elevator look elsewhere. And Laundry done there in 1/2 a day. Very close to the Saigon Bus Terminal so a quick cheap bus in and out from the airport and if you want to get to the Cu Chi Tunnels on your own. When I saw my review it said 6... I'd actually put it more like an 8 if you don't expect a 3 star hotel. I was there for a week and a couple of nights there were young children yelling and playing loudly out in the hallway, but that stopped by 11pm.

Koniko hotel was a lovely place, with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. It was in the most perfect location with under 1 minute to walking street, whilst not being able to hear any noise at night. The staff were lovely and helpful, 100% recommend for anyone staying in Saigon

I checked-in near the midnight. The staff was still waiting for me. Just stayed there for a night. Simple and crude room, but it is okay

Lovely people...very kind and helpful.

Location is excellent, only few minutes to the Bui Vien street. There are restaurants, convenience store and pharmacy just at the corner of the hotel. One of the staff (forgot his name) is very helpful and trustworthy. The room we stayed in had a bad odor. We had to buy room air fragrance but only have little effect. Nevertheless, we were not bothered after a while staying in the room.
