OMG Pink Church Homestay

Nobody answer phone. Its really impossible to find location. Stupid place with stupid entrance.

The room had fungal smell. The air conditioner was broken once and the bed wood veneer fell off once. The bath tub was not clean. You need to use the staircase to access the room, which was inconvenient with a big suitcase

Accommodating staff, overlooking view, walkability of location to sites. I enjoyed the projector as well! Comfy bed. Property has potential, but needs improvement in terms of plumbing. Don’t use the kitchen sink. Just used the bathroom sink instead. Heater is also not working for the shower. The bath tub drains the water you’re collecting despite the metal pushed down. Hope the owners can further improve the place.

The location is amazing - right across the road from the iconic Pink Church. The accommodation is basic, but it's really all you need when you're exploring. The entry is via the back stairs of a convenience store (there is no reception, it is self check-in). The room was spacious. The accommodation is on the outer skirts of District 1, so it is a bit of a walk to the centre of town, but lots of opportunity to explore. The street food from the local market was delicious, and if you can find it - there's a wicked rooftop bar (Mary Jane's) which is within walking distance and with incredible view of the city. Be prepared to climb a few sets of stairs to get up to your room! (Only a problem if you have a super heavy suitcase...)

- the floor is always wet. Don’t know when it would be dry. When I entered the room, the floor was already wet from the cleaning. Until next morning, it was still wet. - The mat in front of the bedroom is always wet either. - No wardrobe or any frames to hang clothes - No iron

Location was very good The access is terrible. The instructions are unclear, you have to go through a supermarket to access the room. The floor was slippery because the lining is not well glued, I almost felt. It was not clean, a pipe was leaking... And we booked the day before on booking, but because we didn't answer for 4 hours (no wifi), they almost canceled our room, we thought we would be without accomodation, very stressful.

Nice location with a lot of food around. Duyên was nice and helpful. The projector screen was kinda closed to face.

Nothing Our stay at MG Pink Church Hotel in Ho Chi Minh was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was completely unprofessional, and things only got worse once we entered the room. Upon arrival, the room was in terrible condition: - The bath towels were dirty and smelled bad. - The entire room had a terrible odor. - The toilet flush tank was leaking. - There was no floor towel provided. - The apartment was poorly maintained. We immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, and while they apologized, their response was ineffective. They claimed they would fix everything while we were out the next day, but when we returned, only the leak had been addressed. Worse, this time, there were no towels at all, and when I requested some, they brought three, all of which were dirty again. To make matters worse: - The room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. - The hotel entrance is inside a grocery store, which is not mentioned anywhere. - The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the place. - Despite forcing us to pay the full amount upfront, they promised a 15% refund, which they never processed: a clear lie. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

The room here is very clean and comfortable. Room service is also very good. However, breakfast needs to be improved to be more diverse. However, Im still very satisfied with my stay.
