Another great stay at HemTouch House in HCMC. The accommodation is down a small alley in District 3 so very quiet. Short Grab ride to center of city, but also walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, ATM’s, 7-11 and Circle K, etc. Bed was comfortable, good shower with lots of hot water and breakfast included. Nothing

Only a free coffee offered as apology after contacting out of hours number. Issue was resolved eventually but left a lingering stain on the stay. 3. Birthday and Wedding request for decorating and paying for decorations was terrible. Felt robbed with how much was paid and what little was done. 4. No TV reception. 5. Language barrier.

Central position, but slightly off the main road, so you don’t hear the traffic. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had everything one needs. Very convenient free of charge laundry service! The staff was friendly, easy going. We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast situation is a little awkward, because you have to book your meal in advance, and even if you order the same thing, it is different every time. Our room was close to some kind of a boiler, so it turned on once during the night and it was super loud. For breakfast you get instant coffee.

Nice and Quiet. Only downside I can think of is the lack of an elevator. There’s probably no room to install one, so if you’re ok with climbing stairs, there hotel is excellent.

Small and cozy place, nice to stay in. Great location and many attractions around. Breakfast have only few options but one I choose(Pho Bo and Coffee) was good. Can't say I didn't like something

I knew it’s a bit further out of the centre than is ideal but it’s a trade off I guess. Not so much I didn’t like but the direction sign from the main road could be better - would suggest addition of a line drawing.

Very cute hotel in busy and vibrant neighbourhood. It was very quiet though and spacious - ideal for resting. We liked the coffee that you can order additionaly :) very friendly staff! The room was cleaned daily. -

Super clean, very helpful and accommodating staff, cute common area, good neighborhood It wasn't a problem for us but there are only stairs to the rooms (no lift) and all on upper level so just to be aware of with mobility issues or big luggage. It's also a little challenging to find at night. We'd stay there again for sure though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections were delicious! The place was conveniently located, clean and comfortable.

We only stayed one night just before leaving the country but really loved the place. We picked it as it's quite close to the airport by taxi. The location was good for us as it's close to main streets which is great for shopping, but hidden in some side streets so very quiet at night. Room and hotel lobby were very clean. We liked the fact that there are only a small number of rooms so it definitely has the homestay/boutique hotel vibe. The room itself is a medium/small room but has everything you need. The bathroom was also pretty good size and had all the necessary items. The young lady in reception was very kind and helped us with recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Price was very reasonable and compared to other places with similar prices, this place was definitely better than most. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people in the corridor and even walking past other rooms you can hear what's going on inside. Aoart from that, everything else was great.

Loved that it was central to the city, close to markets, Tan Dinh church, able to Grab (via car or car) to anywhere, free breakfast of our choice every single day, able to drop off our luggage for a few hours after checking out to kill some time before our flight to Danang! There was nothing we did not like!

Beautiful hotel! It’s a safe haven from the business of Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very polite and helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. They make the best Vietnamese coffee too! Nothing to dislike
