1. Location was close to the city centre. 2. Responsive host. 3. Adequate cleanliness maintained. 4. Close (3-4 min walking) to supermarkets and fresh market for vegetables, fruits, fish and meat. Single use plastic bottles can be reduced.

Quite a good location, reasonable quiet. Very good coffee shop a couple of minutes away. Good lift. Near to some nice restaurants all within walking distance. Good sized fridge. Felt fairly safe area. We booked a balcony room, mainly because of the bed arrangements, my partner has hip problems so we did not want the platform bed. On arrival we were given a 2 Bedroom apartment no balcony and platform bed, when asked why the room was different to original booked one we were told there had been an issue, had we known about this in advance we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. The bed arrangement had a negative effect on the mobility for my partner. On arrival no reception staff and we did not see any while we were there, but we did get a phone number if we had needed anything. The towels only got changed once in 4 days and water 4 bottles on arrival day and not again. The room could do with a good steam clean it does look very tired. They do look as good as the photo. Very little cutlery and no western style cups. Would not recommend for elderly or less mobile people.

Good wifi,use of laundry, lift and nice balcony Bad staff, apartment not clean dirty curtains walks had damp.owner tried to pay more money for pet after we already paid. Terrible building noise for 3 days through the day so could not work ( owner gave us $4 a day discount for that haha) so over priced for what else you can get nearby.

Located in quiet street in a great neighbourhood of D1. Close to canal for nice sunrise/sunset walking/running. Lots of cafes and decent local (and vegetarian) restaurants. Easy to get taxis / xe om into D1 and elsewhere. Quick run up to Airport from here. Apartment (3F with balcony) was quiet, bright and clean. Front desk was pretty much unmanned. 1 staff member (non-english speaking) and not the friendliest check-in experience. Large Hotel Regulations Board first thing you see...felt like a throwback to the early-90s Hotels..... Early check-in (just over an hour early) wasn't possible even though had asked when booking. Left case in reception and headed out to a cafe for an hour. Room rate indicates %additional sum for 'taxes & charges'. Paying by local card was informed (by Google translate) that there would be a 3% charge while on the card machine there was a note indicating 2% charge. Useful to clarify this on the Booking page so that it is clear. Only thing that was missing (for convenience) was a reading light by bed!... and some english instructions for getting the tv on....( Maybe new batteries in remotes , also !)
