Great location and great staffs and responsive. You have to park in a different place over night, 8 -10 minute walk away . Not too far but definitely not enjoy able walk during the saigon drowning rain. And i stayed for quite long so this was not enjoyable at all. Probably a good option if you stay for a few nights only. Facilities are not well maintained. Artificial wood Flooring was peeeled off at some places. Trash can was broken. The first floor did not smell nice imwhen i first checked in, even tho it was fine after a few nights. You will have to keep ac and the ventilator running in the bathroom.

Nice and lovely area. It's very close to the center, convenient, quiet, security, friendly people, helpful staff, they support me a lot while me and my partner were staying here

Nothing. everything was ok!

The place is spotlessly clean, and the host is incredibly helpful. I arrived around 3 am, and despite the late hour, they were still awake and ready to assist me with my arrival. There are restaurants and a gym nearby. Nothing. Everything is smooth.

Very convenient location and the room was very comfortable

The location was great, access to laundry was helpful, staff were friendly and helpful, and I liked that there was a shared kitchen. We got to meet other travellers while still being able to retreat to our private space. While the bathroom was private, it was down the hallway from the room. The bathroom and hallways also weren’t air conditioned.

Our room with ensuite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great neighbourhood

The 2mil lease, not ideal if you saved up to hang out in a 1-2 days.

I loved the neighborhood, with awesome cafes and some nice little places to eat. The house is nice, and overall I enjoyed my stay here, and I would go back again. The place is a little worn down from years of use, the bed lamps were broken, the lighting was not that good, and my window looked out onto a firewall where someone's air conditioning was running all night. I felt that the Botanical theme is such a good one, and there could have been more plants in the common space, or plant-themed decoration in the rooms. It's a small thing however it would add a lot to the overall experience.

It is apartments without reception, but anyway check-in and check-out is very smooth. Hosts create what’s app chat and always in connect. Room is clean. Also there is a kitchen with necessary equipment. You even can make Vietnamese coffee or tea. Area is also good, you can find good cafes and even bar Everything is good

Its a beautiful area and the perfect vibe. Couldn't recommend enough. Friendly staff also gave some downright incredible food recommendations that were steps away

The staff are exceptional. They are extremely responsive on Zalo and super helpful when helping me to receive some deliveries during my stay. I also like the location tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet only a few mins away from the city center. The hygiene can be better. For instance, the courtyard where the dryer and washer are could be more clean.

Great location, friendly staff.could wash and dry clothes and good to be in a quieter area. Really nice to have a couch in the room. Two excellent coffee shops close by,. Saveur takes coffee to the next level.

It is very cosy and convenient place. Has its own vibe, not ordinary hotel, but like actual HOME. Everything is on its place, all small necessities “you dont think about till its gone” prepared, like detergent powder, or iron, or speaker. Located in very comfy area with majority of coffee places. And most important-staff. They helped and navigated me so much! Even with questions they absolutely didn’t have to. I am so glad I choose this place? None

I like the atmosphere of the place, and the security. Communication with the staff was generally very good. The arrangement of the room and its closeness to the bathroom was very convenient. The location was also very good, close to a lot of interesting coffee houses and restaurants, and the river. The room was clean and it had a large window that allowed some natural light in through a kind of large skylight or opening in the building. This was nice, but I personally prefer rooms with some kind of view onto the landscape of the city or the surroundings. It's a somewhat minor thing, and I might very well stay there again, or see if they have any rooms with outward facing windows.
