Useless. Left us stranded for the whole day, couldnt check in. No communication and zero effort. Don't book.

Nothnig at all.... As it was non refundable, i had to stay... Everything. Customer service was hactic. There was no one at check in time, no one even was availble to answer the calls. They replied me back after 30-40 mins at the time of check-in. People around the premises are not friendly at all.

Cozy clean rooms, friendly owner, great location. the staff were very nice and helpful. Very good.

For a fitness enthusiast like me, the biggest public parks are within 500m. The choicest restaurants and coffee houses are present all round

The owner is cute, enthusiastic and lovely, the room is clean and warm

A great comfortable hotel for an overnight stay with a variety of food options nearby. I travelled for work and wanted to stay close to where I was going to be for the day so chose the hotel based on proximity to my work event.

nothing Can't stay even if I go. No reception. There is nothing. There is no check-in guide. There was another company's office on the ground floor and I asked how I could check in. They just told me to call the hotel, but I couldn't because I didn't have a local phone number. There was no information on how to check in at the time of booking.

Bed was very comfy. -No one there to greet us, didn’t see one staff member the whole trip. Even just made us leave money for the room in a drawer. -Room was covered in cobwebs and dust, really needs a clean. -Hard to get in the gate. -We were in one room the first night and told we had to move for the second night. We were on a tour all day so couldn’t move our stuff out of the room. The host we we never saw arranged that our stuff was moved when we weren’t there and then left all our stuff in a room all day which was unlocked.

aircon no receptionist, sorta Airbnb style no instructions on how to get in, couldn’t contact the owner even to get inside once we arrived. room was smaller than anticipated and was sold with the promise of a balcony.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was helpful. The shower was very good. good value for money.

Staff was very kind, polite and accommodative even though we only talk via text. Additionally the location and cleanliness were good.

Exceptional

We came to check-in and noone aswered to let us in by the gate. We needed help from a local to lend their mobilephone and only by then We got the code for the gate. No one was at the reception when We got in even though We earlier agreed to the check-in time. We had to find our Way to the room by ourselves. when We opened the door to the room We were met with mould on ceileng. and the bathroom was even worse. dont bother staying here.

In the heart of district 3 No on site staff. Late arrival and front doors locked to guest with no one to help. Had to call hotline to allow access code to enter hotel. Front door code changed l during late night return and no one told me of change. Almost got locked outside of hotel twice in the middle of the night.. Water leaking down wall cause small puddle in room.

The hotel was ok, the facilities were quite new. There was no reception, however when I called the number, the lady came and checked me in in 10 minutes. There is security outside and the gate was lock with a passcode which makes you feel safe. Overall it was a good experience The floor was not very clean, we had some cockroach to share the room with, which was not very nice and 1 night we found a whole colony of ants from the corridor to our room.

comfy bed everything else, it was a complete catfish, so dirty and run down, no staff present, cockroaches in the room
