Staff was very helpful. They need to improve the main reception/ entrance area to appear professional and neat.

The location was the only good thing It was by far the worst and also the most expensive hostel we stayed in Vietnam. When we arrived we were told that they had no rooms left because we arrived after 4pm and they had given the room we had already booked to someone else. We were put in a shared room which belonged to the workers there and was very dirty. There were other people's personal belongings in the room and the bathroom was really dirty and the night was a horror. I have never experienced anything so brazen and unprofessional. The next day we got the single room we had booked which was also not great in terms of work. It was an extremely small room with no windows and not really clean either. I cannot recommend the hotel and would advise against it if you don't want to be disappointed.

The front desk persons are very helpful . And guide me everything in all 24 hours . They speak english ,Japanese and other languages too. The location is very simple . Rooms are soundproof. All is fine.
