I am a returned customer due to great experiences from the previous staying. Since the owner/previous owner was no longer there, I felt that the services and the attentiveness were a bit down…we have to ask a few times during our staying for the room to be make up before it was done and the staff was not very enthusiastic about it….previously, it was done on a daily basis without asking and it should be the way.

The room was clean, the shower was good, and the staff were friendly. The size of the room was ok and location would have been great if we were 20/30 years younger. If you love to party it's a great location right on top of the music bars. This hotel was right in the middle of the liveliest street 'walking street' if we were in our 20's or 30's it would have been an amazing location unfortunately we are 60 and it was very loud and made sleeping difficult. We found it a little hard to find initially because we arrived in the middle of party time and it's just off the main road.

Nothing, really Even if you aim for Walking Street accommodation, look for another place. I got room at the top floor with a broken lift and a single window, which allowed all the noise from the street. Room breaking down, messy under bed. I paid for 2 nights left after one.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, decent room size, friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated having an elevator and a window in the room, both kind of rare for budget options in HCMC. The property is located close to a walking street and clubs that play loud music till late, it wasn't a problem for us with the window closed and AC on, but it should be taken into consideration if you are a light sleeper. Would book again.

Location, you are in the middle of everything, reachable to all amenities within minutes. "CHUM" the receptionist is very helpful as for the lady proprietor she is charming.... The only drawback !!!! The night life is on the next street and it is very noisy at night, so if you are a light sleeper ask for a back room which might be less noisy

Right off walking street night life. Plenty of food options and in a very walkable area. For the area the noise seemed minimal The first couple days the elevator wasn’t working, so it was a bit of a pain to get our bags up the right staircase, but they did have the elevator fixed the day before we left

Ordered quadrupled room, was terrible. Cheaper double, was more that 2 times better. This room was on 5 floor, but elevator did not work... Stuff and managers promised to change room, and fix elevator on next day, but as always in Asia, didn't do what, for million reasons ... and many apologies. Room was not changed, elevator didn't work on check out day. Only good thing, is discount from manager.
